To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. OCCU will not let me refinance regardless of me putting in really hard work over the past year on my credit. They already hold the loan so it’s no more risk to them, they just don’t want to do it for a two time customer who’s always been in good standing. I’ve done everything Keifer Mazda told me to do and even raises my credit score over 100 points but OCCU won’t do it. Amanda and Travis were less than helpful. The only way they can help me is if I get behind on my payments. Ummm no thanks! I just worked my tail off on my credit. Not helping a customer before they get behind is a horrible strategy.

I just spent over an hour getting help with the Enrichment Representative Jordan Harrington and it was AMAZING. I had a long list of things I needed help with, and problems I've been having consistently for months and he made my experience an absolute joy. He was delightfully calm and kind and helped me make sense of a whole bunch of mess. I hope his boss gets eyes on this review and gives him some appreciation! Thank you, Jordan!!!!

We love OCCU so much. Everyone is nice and I’ve always been very happy in my personal banking/loan transactions. I’ve worked with many OCCU loan officers and team members — the lending process and the people truly stand out as some of the best. Meagan Smith in particular is amazing but really everyone one of them is. I always recommend OCCU.

Without going into detail they rerouted my.money to account at another bank that was close. Now they refuse to get back. It is almost like they stole 200 dollars of mineAs son as my taxes ate deposited it will.be bye.bye OCCU

If this is OREGON community credit union. Why can't I find an ATM or bank location in the Oregon coast. They everywhere in Eugene Springfield and when I get to the coast I am mad bc there's not ATM or bank. They are great just need more locations in some areas.

I am out of town on the coast right now. My card has been turned off without any notification text or email or call! This is the second time this happened in the last two days, it is extremely inconveniencing! I called my branch when this happened the first time and got it resolved. Today I called, even though they're closed, and spoke with someone who said they are a part of the third party provider for Oregon Community Credit Union; they said my card number isn't working, and that they can't do anything about it, and I have no choice but to wait until tomorrow. How does it make any sense that my card number isn't working!?This has been humiliating out in public. I was getting groceries out here and the cashier told me my card wasn't working. It is frustrating because I can see on my phone app that I have more than enough money in my account. I am upset that I can't access my money until tomorrow when the branch is open, because I have to wait to talk with someone and there isn't anyone available to help over the phone. I've been borrowing money.There needs to be some kind of notification or a call to let me know my card is put on hold as soon as it happens. This is bad enough to make me want to close my account with Oregon Community Credit Union.

Every time I've been in, the staff have been helpful and cheery. In addition to being long time local members for our family, we've also worked with OCCU on the commercial loan side, and they were awesome to work with. Will continue to do business with them and use for future commercial loans if needed. The one item I'd improve on the personal side is better integration of the credit card into the same platform - having to login to a separate site for the UO credit card on the web or app is not very integrated as compared to other banks.

The most unprofessional bank I have ever been to. The security guard and acting bank manager(from the mohawk branch) were extremely rude and disrespectful. I recommend that you choose a bank who treats a customer with some dignity and consideration.

The power tripping rent a cop at 1:30 on 8/21 was rude, threatening and harassing people who were there minding their business. He is unprofessional and you have lost any future business from everyone I know.
