I have peace-health insurance, went to this location for two appointments with a therapist named Cody to get help with the lower back pain and was charged $238 for evaluation of my data online and visit, $230 for my 30 min session. On my second appointment i was charge $166 for my 30 min session which was more engaging compared to the $230 appointment... SO IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY $563.06 for the 1st two appointment WITH A GOOD INSURANCE for a simple physical therapy then go here....

The two gentlemen who work in this lab are the best in the business. I have my blood drawn at least once a year. They are kind, courteous, and very good at what they do. Have never felt an ounce of pain. Thank you so much for being so skilled at your job. Oregon medical group is lucky to have you.
