I wanted to share how Rachel has always provided great customer service, professionalism, and a positive experience for me at Oregon Pacific Bank. The way Rachel takes care of the customers, reminds me of common ground kindness, a hometown local bank feel, she is what stands out to me as what is valuable to me in my experience and the reason I would choose to come here.

They are NEVER correct about their available or current balance and multiple times has taken an extra 5 dollar sweep transfer fee because MY BANK SAID I HAVE ENOUGH when I’m reality I somehow get extra charged

lost 100000 of a house she sold. Never responds to anything. Will not pay for the funeral even though she has 400000 of our money. Interferes with stock sale even though its not in the trust. Hides everything zero accontablity.

Their website has a whole section about diversity and CEO " proudly" announcing their diversity program but there is no diversity at all. If you look at their leadership team, board of directors or branch employees, there is no diversity, no immigrants or people of color. I am getting tired of these companies using diversity to self promote and make themselves look good. It is as bad as not having diversity in the workplace. As if people of minorities haven't had enough of bad time in Oregon, now they are being used for these companies marketing tactics.

I chose Oregon Pacific Bank because it was local and supported local worthwhile groups like BRING and the Raptor Center. They have provided personalized care in a few situations and seem to actually recognize me, which is amazing these days. I'm very happy with OPB and will recommend it whenever possible.

They truly care about your business. They were awesome in helping us obtain funding for purchase of River Stop Restaurant & Sports Bar when my own bank of 30 years flat out said "no" without any details. I use them for all our business banking needs for last 8 months and truly appreciate the how they watch our backs, our small business has tight margins, its crazy! Now thru COVID they are on top of making sure we're going to be OK with emergency funding.

The two bank teller ladies who helped me on 03/04/2019 were just all about friendly professional assistance. Makes me think about switching my bank accounts to Oregon Pacific!

If you are tired of the run around at any of the big banks in Eugene I highly recommend you stop by Oregon Pacific and look into what they have to offer. They are a true local bank and provide personal local service. I operate Sunshine Limo Service and I can truly say that I wouldn't bank anywhere else!

Banking for adults! We left B of A after 30 years & tried a local credit union which was a huge mistake. We want to be socially responsible with our money & help the community grow. OPB is the answer. In the age of distancing technology, OPB provides PERSONAL, friendly & efficient service. Security is especially important as we have been repeated identity theft victims since 2014. We know our money is safe with OPB. Thank you!
