The customer service here is great! I needed some reverse light bulbs for my 1997 dodge ram 2500 4x4 and they were happy to help me out. They even loaned me the tools to do the job. I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts!

The service has been good each time I get parts at this store. This time, I came to get a turn signal bulb for my SUV. I wanted to install the bulb right away and didn't have my tools with me. I asked the customer service guy if they had a torque screwdriver I could use. He said the store doesn't but he can lend me his. Way to go out of the way to please! Sorry guy, I forgot your name to properly credit you. If I remember, I will update this review.

They ran a code for free for me when my check engine light came on. I found out that the person who had last filled my tank at Costco hadn't put my gas cap back on correctly, which caused the check engine light to come on. Hallelujah for O'Reilly to provide this service free of charge. The CEL did eventually go out.
