Great customer service and product. I ordered a very elegant and well made bed frame. I had a couple of concerns with it and the owner sent me some replacement parts at no extra charge and spend time explaining her product over the phone with me. Really impressed by her kind and thoughtful customer service!

After buying a bed and nightstands several years ago and being impressed by the sturdy design and simplicity, I returned to purchase another platform bed for my daughter’s house. Their product is minimalist and truly beautiful; and it is packed for shipping by experts. Love this company.

I highly recommend Pacific Rim Woodworking. We purchased a twin bed frame, solid maple. A few years passed and at some point, the footboard cracked. We contacted the company and they immediately sent out a replacement at no charge. The quality and craftsmanship of the bed frame we purchased is well worth the price. You will get a piece of furniture that will last a life time and that you can hand down to others. And, as noted, the customer service is A+.

We've had a bed of theirs for many years for our older daughter, and decided to get another one for a guest room. I asked them to expedite the order and they managed to do it even faster than I needed! Great service, great product!

Pacific Rim Woodworking has been making quality furniture for many years. We bought our first bedroom furniture about 13 years ago. It all still looks new with just a little care. (real Maple) I've called the company a few times over the years to get a part or two, or maybe some upkeep advice. Nothing but friendly, attentive and helpful even though we are way out of warranty. Very good company run by very nice people. After our experiences, we wouldn't hesitate to buy our quality furniture from them. I can't say enough good things about Pacific Rim Woodworking.

This is en excellent furniture store! I bought a very high quality bed a year ago, and just recently I accidentally scratched up part of the frame. I contacted Pacific Rim Woodworking, and they replied to me very fast, and helped me get a replacement part. They followed up on my emails and answred questions and really went above and beyond to help me get a new part. Excellent customer service and furniture!!
