I asked for a propane cylinder fill today. The fuel attended let me know that they are busy and will take care of fuel needs before me. I could go sit over at the propane and wait untill they were free. I'm sorry. You've been standing watching people pump thier own gas. I can't do that with propane and it should be first come first serve. Poor service.

I work nearby this store and every time I go here for lunch they are all standing behind the counter talking and there is NOTHING in the hot case for lunch.It is very frustrating and someone should do something about it!!!

Self serve and fuel attendants on duty. I was in the self serve area and a person pulled in behind me expecting their fuel to be pumped for them, and an attendant actually did come help them and pump their gas for them.

I assumed it's a chain I'd never heard of, but seems this location is the only one I can find? Too bad too, great selection for a gas station market, store is clean and well kept bathrooms. Pretty standard hot food fare of taquitos and roller hot dogs, but looks like they have more hot case space. Nice selection of local brands and a spacious parking lot.

Friendly Gas Pump Workers who will help you push your car if need be, obviously trained employees inside too who are both friendly and efficient. Sure miss the 24 hour Access Convenience Store that this place used to be, and I hear the Septic Pump in the back has been out of commission for quite some time, but this place has tons of stuff, good prices and is never a stressful stop. They should probably stock more automotive supplies though, like fuses and jumper cables AT LEAST

Attendants allow customers to pump their own gas regularly and ignore cars while they chit chat with buddies.

The off road pumps are a constant problem. I have called multiple times and they can't seem to get them fixed. Pumps 60 to 70 gallons and then quits. Have to restart pump to get the rest of my tank filled. Irritating! All other pumps with regular fuel and gas seem to work fine.

I stopped in for some clear gas & brought an antique gas can with some old gas in it. I could not have been treated better. He got rid of the old gas for me, figured out how to keep the can from leaking & put it in the back of my car in such a way it didn’t leak or splash. Loved on my dogs & was so pleasant & professional.

All I was trying to do was get a salty snack before driving 40 minutes home. I had purchased 'Tim Original chips' and walked out to my truck and proceeded to open up my salty snack.... and sadly it was STALE! So in the most polite way possible I walked back into the store and asked the cashier to get a new bag. The cashier decided to stand his ground in the most unprofessional way and refuse to let me make a simple exchange the bag... I just have one question to the man behind the counter. Why do you like to s*** on people's dreams sir?

I like this place because it has clean bathrooms and cheap drinks. Unfortunately the staff is pretty low quality overall. Unless I get here before 5 am the staff wont even greet you. There was man named Michael working outside and he was very quick and friendly. There is also a man who I think works over night and he is very friendly and helpful. Now the people outside literally drag their feet and barely communicate. I guess living in Eugene I'm used to a higher level of customer service.
