Misleading sale signs. They said everything in store was on sale but when we went to pay we got no discount. The employees just shrugged and said they guess the sale was over and that they were told to take down the signs but just never did.

cute stuff but kind of lame they don't price match w/ online stuff? h&m does for sure, and they mentioned it was because they cant change the price and while i don't know exactly how pacsun works, i work at another retail clothing store and we definitely can do that. the pants were just $10 cheaper online which wouldve been nice. i could be ignorant to pacsun policies but it just felt odd lol - ok checked pacsuns policies online and they have price adjustment for if you bought something in store that was cheaper online and theyll refund you that diff + they do match online prices so i lowered my stars because why cap like that its not like you guys get commission pay LOL, i would try and get a price adjustment but im returning them anyway cause im not a fan of the fit/size

Such a horrible experience tonight. Out of the 3 people that were working there, none of them greeted us as we walked in. The first girl wasn't sure how to do the return which is ok but the other girl that helped her was flat out rude to us. Will never shop there again

I went in last night on April 1st. To exchange some denim shorts that I ordered online that did not fit I wanted to get a different size. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I will be calling corporate.

Zero customer service. Employees always on their personal phones and not paying attention. Zero advertising on brand stipulations on return policy.
