I have been a patron of this place for years, for everything from printing bulk flyers or individual papers to fingerprinting, purchasing local art and packing/mailing packages. Megan truly goes above and beyond and the other employees are great as well. They literally make you feel like family. There has never been a time when the staff has erred or been unhelpful to me, and whenever I'm in, no matter what time of day, I see so many people like me who are return customers on first-name basis with the staff -- because most folks who use this place for any service never go anywhere else for shipping/packing/printing ever again. I absolutely could not recommend them enough. Frankly anybody who has left a nasty review for this place probably has a cursed personality.

I very much wish I could give them zero stars. The staff was incredibly rude while being simultaneously wrong and aggressively unhelpful.
They probably shouldn't be in business or they need entirely new employees.

This is the worst business I’ve been to in years. They never open on time, are rude to customers on the phone, and change the store rules to fit their lazy lifestyle. Don’t ship your packages there

Happy to support this locally owned business. Best place to ship in town. I love them because they offer recycled packing materials if I don’t have a box, helping me package my items if I need it. Very friendly and calm customer service.

Everyone at PakMail is amazing. I used to feel stressed when I had to mail something for my small business or personal life.
