Was so exited to come shop several gifts here, the two employees where occupied by a few other costumers however the costumer service skills are non existent maybe try a quick “hello”” welcome in” “we’ll be right with you” instead of just ignoring the other costumers, will look forward to improvements next time I come in.

My husband and I came in to have a necklace made to give to our daughter for graduation in honor of my mom who passed away. Sofia went above and beyond to help us and to make sure it was perfect. She was so patient and kind and truly understood how important this gift meant to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You don’t know how much your kindness meant to me.

Great store and wonderful staff! Cayla was very friendly and patient with me; I came in to buy charms and left with some beautiful earrings, too, thanks to her help! If you're looking for jewelry in Eugene, I highly recommend this store for their professionalism and top-tier customer service.

I love shopping here!! They have such variety on charms, jewelry, bracelets, etc and all of the employees are so sweet! I got Cayla’s help with rearranging and getting new charms, she was incredibly patient and helpful! I unfortunately had a diamond fall out of one of my rings and immediately they had a fix for me! Really great employees, customer service, and jewelry:)

I brought my own charms in to find a bracelet and style that worked for me. Maya made the process super easy and was very patient as I took a while to make up my mind. She even helped with styling the bracelet with clasps to organize things to my liking.
It can get busy but the staff was very professional. And they’ll take their time helping you for sure.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I bought earrings in December, when Buying them I was told they come with a one year warranty if a stone falls out come in and we replace the earrings. Fast forward a month and a stone falls out! I go into the store they say they can’t do anything for me they don’t have the same earring in store. I said ok when will you get more and the answer was they don’t know it could be a year down the road!!! They told me to call customer service which hours match my work hours and they are closed when I can call! They also told me I could drive to another town and see if they have the earrings I have been going back once a month since I bought them 5 months ago and still no inventory!!! Finally I was fed up and asked to speak to a manager of course no manger there I asked for a phone number or email to contact her and was told it was against the law for them to give it to me!!! I believe I was mislead when. Buying the earrings I should have been told if inventory is not there we can’t honor our warranty and your out of luck!!!

I drove down from Salem just for the personalized engraving. I was helped by Bentley. She helped me make two pendants one for my coworker and one for my best friend. The process was quick and fun. I can’t wait to give them their gifts! Thank you!

Came in to purchase a charm bracelet. Never been to pandora didnt know what to expect. The girls working their didnt seem overly helpful. I kinda had to figure it out for myself. No one really asked me what I was looking for. Pretty much felt like if i didnt just tell them exactly what i wanted it wasnt going to happen. I didnt get any suggestions for ideas or anything. I mentioned i liked a certain charm and thats all she kept suggesting...Never showed me other charm bracelets to see what certain charms would look like together. I had a very hard time understanding her due to her talking down very quiet and mumbling. When we were almost done with our purchase i asked how to care for the bracelet and some instructions for cleaning she was very vague and eager to get me to just leave. Not entirely sure why. But i definately felt hurried and pushed out the door.

I popped in to check out promise rings, and the process was super super easy. Cienna was super knowledgeable and kind and Uma was so inviting and helpful (even being new to the store)! Definitely will come back to get the big ring from them one day (soon)!
