I used to be a huge fan of Papa Murphy's. And if it wasn't for their offensive TV ads, I'd still be a customer. Can't think of any other occasion I refused to buy a product because of offensive advertising. Made an exception with the months' long running TV ad campaign featuring the uppity and snottiest ever middle school girl character arrogantly correcting the dorky tv dad. And in one of the ads the even dorkier little brother asks a clueless question of dorky tv dad while tv mom sits cluelessly like a mushroom on a pizza while failing to participate. So, Papa Murphy's. If your ads are intended to feature the kinds of people you want to sell to? I'm not that kind of people, and as Eugene is not only Track Town but also a Pizza Town - there are PLENTY of other pizza stores out there to get my $$.

During the Ice storm on MLK week in 2024 they were the only Papa Murphys open and the staff was in great spirits and were at the top of their game!! Thanks for for being awesome!

I had a horrible experience at the Olympic St. location. I canceled and went to the Coburg rd location. At Coburg Papa Murphy's I was able to place the same order and the girl who took my order gave an 8 dollar discount for the pizza's I was purchasing. Shoutout for her!!! While I waited for my pizza's to be ready I noticed the atmosphere, alot of employees were very very young and not so knowledgeable, while another associate looked homeless and not so clean, didn't even have a hair net on and her hair was everywhere. I waited about 20 minutes for 3 pizza's (which was normal). Once I got home to bake the pizza's, we realized that 1 was made incorrectly. Instead of going back, I modified the pizza myself to satisfy the family in a timely manner. All in all, not the best pizza ordering kind of day. I will never go back to the Olympic St. Location. But I will give Coburg road another chance. I hope those that work at that store read my review and really take away something to help them grow and become more efficient than the rest! Best of Luck Team Coburg!

Placed order online at 4 pm for it to be ready by 5 pm. It was not!! They told me another 25 minutes or so...I had to push my way in just to find that out. Very poorly managed. Not sure if I'll go back.

***AVOID AT ALL COST*** ***GO TO DIFFERENT LOCATION***Ordered online at 3:00pm for online pick-up at 5:45, got there and the person in black (manager I think) was UNBELIEVABLY rude when I asked if they were behind, I still asked him kindly when he thinks our order would be ready, he loudly exhales, rolls his eyes and checks the receipts, mine is on top and he says probably another 45 minutes, at which time I walk out. I return at 7:00pm to pick up order and it STILL wasn't made, with no one else in the store. There are plenty of better options for pizza, and probably any other Papa Murphys would be better than this particular hell hole.

I ordered 2x medium pizza with pepperoni and mushroom, and a large murphey's combo with light olive.What we got: only 1 of the medium pizzas and a large pepperoni and salami pizza.Husband went to pick up, and he now has to go all the way back to get correct pizza. Normally I don't have problems with papa murphey's but after this I'm gonna be a lot more wary.

This location is always behind on orders. Orders placed online are guaranteed by a specific time are never ready, and typically wait anywhere from 20 min-1 hour before your pizza is ready. After calling ahead to check if the order will be ready by the time it says online, they tell you of course it will be ready at your time. This has never been the case. When confronted about the time, they are quick to defend themselves and never apologize or offer to make it right.

Every nice staff. But every time I order ahead, it's never ready and ends up taking another 20mins to 30mins to get it. Turns into an hr long wait.

Told me there was a senior discount and to tell them when I came to pick up and pay and when I got there they said that they never have a senior discount and I wasn't told that.

I’ve ordered the same pizza 4 times. They got it right once. How could you send out half a pizza with just olives when I ordered vegetarian? And only half the ingredients I on the other half. I’m out $90 for exactly what I didn’t order 3 times in a row. I’m done with this store.

I ordered a dairy free pizza and they gave me a gluten free pizza. Now because of their carelessness I and my baby have to suffer for a month while the dairy leaves our systems. Also all the teenagers working there when my husband went to pick up the pizzas realized their system was down and repeatedly cursed while trying to figure out how to fix it. So unprofessional. Very careless. Overall a terrible experience at what used to be my go to place. Never again.
