Overall a great experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They replaced my laptop screen with no problem and had my laptop back in less than a week. They were very knowledgeable and were extremely accommodating to my needs. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future for any repairs I may need.

I brought my computer to this guy to be fixed and he charged me $275 told me the problem was fixed. It was a screen issue. He replaced my screen that was in good shape with a screen that had scratches all over the top of it. He claimed the problem was fixed, only gave me like a $15 discount for the scratched replacement. I then came home to find out the problem was not fixed, i was down $250 and my computer was in worse shape. He told me he tested the computer to make sure everything ran as it should. This guy is a a scammer and a liar and i would not recommend going to him. Hes also extremely rude and not accommodating. When i texted him to tell him it was not fixed he was like oh that sucks come back ill put your old screen back on. Didnt offer a refund or anything! And i waited over a week for him to not even fix the problem. Horrible service. 0/10

Wow! Geek Squad could not fix my desktop HP. Took it here, and within 26 hours, I had it back and up and running. They were excellent! I highly recommend them.

I stopped in there with a piece of a charger broken up into my phone, they wanted to charge me $50 to remove it in 30 seconds with some tweezers. I went to the place in the parking lot of Albertsons on Coburg and they fix it for free.... in 30 seconds.

All I asked for was to wipe two hard drives and instead they installed both hard drives put all their stuff on my hard drive and screw up everything of my restarts towards my whole game in PC.

Broke my laptop screen, called the next morning and received a quote online very quickly, brought it in around 11am and it was fixed in less than 2 hours. Cheapest place in Eugene with the fastest service offered. He already had the parts in stock where lots of other places had to order it and would take days. Great service and completely saved me for finals!!
