My experience at Pepperberries was absolutely amazing! Caroline provided excellent customer service and helped me find exactly what I was looking for; she even provided me with many options! I definitely recommend going to Pepperberries if you have any kitchen needs or even to just browse their items!

This place is incredible! I was looking for specific items for bread making and they had everything plus so much more! There are lots of choices and the items are great quality. Go here if you need anything for food prep and/or cooking. Excellent customer service!

A few months ago I bought a few sheetpans and other stuff with advice from a woman whom I believe was the owner. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The pans we actually a little cheaper than the same brand sold at Freddy's, though I wouldn't mind paying a little more to support a local business.
I'm now in need of a good stainless pan so I'll be going back tomorrow. Great store for good quality cookware, especially if you're getting more into cooking and want direction on what to buy.

Wonderful kitchen home store with just about anything and everything a home hobby cook, or even a professional chef could need or want, and the prices are decently fair. The woman working at the front was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable of every item we asked about, from frying pans to chef knives. Will definitely be coming back again.

Customer service is important to me. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a stainless steal baking pan for 100$ and when i got home i found a few minor scratches on it. I went back to the store the next day and they returned it with no hassle at all and made sure the new one i got had no scratches. I appreciate this level of customer service. I will definitely shop there again next time i am purchasing high end cookware.

This place is dangerous! I found things I didn't know I needed..... For that matter, I found things that I had no idea even existed.... Everybody is very knowledgeable and helped me out every time I go in.... they helped my first attempt at decorating cookies with royal icing.....
