Chronically average retail experience nowadays. Some days are better than others. Recently adopted a kitten here through Lucky Paws Adoption, those people were fantastic. Store Staff are friendly, when you get the chance to talk to one.

Why do all PetSmart locations only have two people working at any time? It makes it impossible to get any assistance. I am sure this sucks for the employees too.
