Customer service is amazing! They actually take the time to greet you, answer questions and ultimately want your pet experience to go as best as possible. Specifically, Tanner and September were extremely helpful.

I went in to buy only a couple of items and checked out paying partially with a gift card. The clerk struggled for damn near 5-10 minutes getting this card to run and took so long that people behind me in line put their stuff back and left empty handed. It was so embarrassing and she had to call for help to simply run a gift card, I couldn’t believe it. I spent longer in the store checking out than I did actually grabbing my items. Going to this store is a humiliation ritual every single time without fail I absolutely dread going here, no matter if I pick up or shop in person.

Two times I drove 1.5 hours to bring my dog in for grooming in less than 4 weeks . Upon arrival, both times I was told my appt had been changed and I was not notified either time. I would give negative stars if I could.

This is a huge petsmart with good stock. Unfortunately the aquarium department workers are rude and it's nearly impossible to get any help, and if you do she definitely won't even Crack a smile at you. I love this store but I have anxiety and the way some of the workers act make me hesitate to go here.

This is a clean store with helpful staff. Everything is clearly marked and they have a wide selection of cat and dog toys, food, treats, and dog beds as well as cat towers.

Had an appt and when showed up the place was disgusting. There was 6 inches or more of hair all over the floor. The dogs were all figity and coughing. Can't believe the people leaving a good review. Obviously you don't care about your animal. We usually use pet smart and it's always clean and they treat your animal like it was there own. When I asked the manager what's up with that he said sorry but that's how we operate. We don't have time to clean up during grooming hours.

They were having dog adoption day the last time I went. I think I fell in love at least 20 times. I love that they regularly hold those events.

Really happy to go in this day and found the store had my Kitties Wellness Brand Canned Pate' food in stock !!! Yay !
