This storage facility was very clean and the staff were very professional and provided many cost saving options.
Candice was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

I moved from California here to Eugene and was having a hard time finding a storage facility until I called Planet Storage, they happened to have a large size unit where I could move all my furnishings, a total of three Pod's that I had to unload. They coordinated and mapped out where I could put the pods as they were dropped off one by one, what a big help. If I could give him a six-star rating I would, one of the best of moving experiences I've ever had.

Loved the ease of doing business with Planet Storage! We kept a lot of household stuff here while we searched for our next forever home for the last 3 years and they were always helpful and friendly. The place was always well maintained and I felt like it was safe. Would definitely recommend them for your storage needs!

We're storage unit newbies but found the process of renting a unit very simple. The woman at the front desk was super helpful and made sure to cover all the bases for payment, late fees, etc. Overall an enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend Planet Storage.

FYI, this place does not rent to those without a vehicle.Also, I had a bit of a miscommunication with one of the staff about their prorated rent policy. However, the manager called me and was very nice and helped resolved all my issues and issued me the prorated rent.

Call and they have unit's available but you show up to rent One you got to have a driver license and car to rent.evenif you have valid ID and money & debit card
