The customer service at Pneu-Med is exceptional. Stuart has been extremely helpful over the phone, providing insights and answering questions, and Tammy has made several house calls to help with my machine. I worked with another machine provider before finding Pneu-Med, and while they were fine, I have been blown away with the professionalism provided by this local team. Thanks!

I've had great service with this company. Misty has put up with my questions and supplied the equipment I needed when my own POC broke. The service man was wonderful in delivery and explaining how to use the tanks. GREAT COMPANY!!

I was well taken care of by Tammy at Pnue-Med. She came to my house 3 times so I could continue finding a better fitting mask. She is very knowledgeable in all sleep apnea equipment and services. Very professional. But also with that personal touch. Very happy with their service.

Wow! Looks like it's been five years since the last review. Maybe there has been a turnaround. I've had great service. I get my CPAP supplies there.

Pneu-Med was there to help with supplying a hospital bed when others were not available, going that extra mile to help get someone back home from Rehabilitation Center, Priceless! Thank You

I read the reviews here right before my appointment. The bad reviews worried me so much I almost canceled my appointment. Instead I gave them a chance. They were very nice and explained everything to me a few times. They worked with my insurance and showed me how to get the most out of it (without going overboard.) They let me try a few masks. Everything was very clear. They went through operation of my new cpap machine. They even ran through some basic troubleshooting.Additionally they walked my wife through the insurance as well when she was late. They gave us some time to privately discuss things. They seemed really down to earth and chill. The negatives (minus 1 star):They were out of new heated tubes. They were able to provide a working, used and sanitized one temporarily. They were also running low/out of filters. They were nice enough to give me the couple they had. I understand they are a mom and pop shop, so they are affected more by the Covid shortages. Still seems like something they should have.Overall, so far, everything has been a breeze with them and they have been super. I also appreciate they have someone on call in case I run into issues. I’m hopeful it will continue to go well and I can keep going through these folks for my supplies.

Pneu-Med has really improved their service. Melissa is wonderful. I ordered online and she called me the next day to get the details worked out. She contacted my doctor since my perscription had run out and got me the things I needed quickly. I am a very happy camper.

Pneu-Med is one of the truly 'local' choices when it comes to medical supplies. For me, it was my first CPAP setup. I had read a number of negative reviews on Google before becoming a client and now I feel compelled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience.I needed my CPAP right away and their team contacted my doctor to expedite the Rx transfer. I had my appointment the very next day with Tammy, who was awesome! Very patient, engaging, and it was readily apparent that she was a pro when it came to training patients on the equipment. She was open to questions and made sure that I felt completely comfortable taking home my CPAP.The staff are experts, good listeners, and make the process / training very seamless. They also send you with clear concise instructions and are available anytime (literally) via phone.I can (kind of) see a bit of where some of the reviews are coming from, in that I found their style to be concise and honest. That could be construed as curt or rude to some I suppose. But I told them what I needed and asked the questions I had, despite them not reacting with an outpouring of canned niceties, and they took the baton and ran with it, exceeding my expectations of support.

I met one of the people who works here, not through their business, but in a drive-thru road-rage incident. The man (bald, fat, and middle-aged) was honking and cursing out his car window at me (who had the misfortune of being in front of him in the queue). I had the rare opportunity to ask him why as we both happened to be heading in the same direction later and I saw he was heading into pnu-med, a company I've worked with in the past. The man's excuse for his road-rage was an imagined slight against him. I told him that his impressions were imagined and he decided to be even more hostile. I don't really care all that much, but if I need a c-pap again in the future, I'll get it elsewhere.

My mother is visiting from the deep south and forgot to bring the liner for her CPAP mask. I called medical supply places for 2 hours! I heard everything from we don't carry CPAP supplies here, to it will take 2 weeks for her to become a new patient before we can help! Pneu-Med had the product and were very friendly! I really appreciated their sincere care for my mother's well being. They deserve 10 stars!

This company is stuck in the 1970s. When you receive an equipment order, there is paperwork you have to fill out and sign to send back VIA SNAIL MAIL. I was unaware of this, and after 6 months my insurance company sent me an explanation of benefits showing I would be charged hundreds of dollars for the full cost- apparently because they didn't have my signature I received the items. How about you have the "signature required" on USPS package? OR at least an online form?? In addition to this, I had left 2 voicemails with staff regarding equipment support problems and NOBODY called me back. If I was a mutant I would give them 3 thumbs down.

I'm writing this review while currently working as a branch manager for a similar company but based out of Utah. We had a customer travel to Springfield OR and while there she had problems with her equipment. I spent over an hour looking for a company in the area that would be willing to help out. It wouldn't be the most profitable service call but a needed one. After countless NO's from Pneu--Meds competitors finally one of the competitors said, "we can't help you, but if there is one company that can, it's Pneu-Med!" Even though it was late in the work day David and Stephanie G stepped up to the task and helped our customer be safe and sound. 5 Stars well earned. Thank you.

If you get to choose your provider for oxygen, run away from this place! My father is under hospice care and we are forced to deal with this company. The drivers need to learn how to deal with the public. The older heavy set gentleman that comes out complains about the area we live in. He does not like driving all the way out here. As he says every time, “I just want to get this delivery over with. It’s out of the way.” Everytime, he complains about getting our area done and over with. That’s annoying but tolerable compared to the next driver (I think he said his name was Tyler). He is extremely socially awkward and should not be dealing with the public! My father is at the end of life and is in a hospital bed in my living room. The kid came in to exchange some equipment and stared at my father and made a face like he had smelled a skunk. I asked him if there was a problem. The kid said, “Is he even still alive?” I was floored! I was so upset and asked him to step outside. I told him that was inappropriate and told him we needed to have a different driver from now on. He said that’s not up to me and he didn’t think anyone would have to come out after this delivery. I asked him what he meant. He said, “You know. That guy in there!” As angry as I was, I decided I needed to call Hospice and Pneu-Med to discuss this driver. Unfortunately, I had to ask this kid for more tubing. While it is in plastic, the tubing was on the floor under fountain drink type cups and a fast food bag. He gave me one package of tubing and the outside plastic was sticky. He told me the tubing inside was “just fine.” I called Hospice immediately. I guess I’m not the only one with driver complaints. Especially the young kid. I called Pneu-Med and got nowhere. The receptionist said he was probably just kidding around. So, making comments about a terminally ill man’s appearance is ok? Like I said, if you have a choice, go elsewhere. If you are stuck like we are, make sure you contact Hospice to let them know your experiences. Like they told me, if we have knowledge of our patient’s experiences, that helps us decide if we will continue doing business with them.
