WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Extremely expensive, HOURS AND HOURS/DAYS on hold to get a representative. All foreign people who don't speak or understand English. They completely messed up in where I wanted my PODS delivered. Had to get The Better Business Bureau involved and that's when they FINALLY got back to me. Still wouldn't deliver my PODS in a timely fashion and had to hire movers to unload them at a storage facility then to my home and unload at a cost of THOUSANDS of extra dollars. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE EUGENE, OR STORAGE FACILITY! Zero stars should be an option. Held my PODS hostage basically for highway robbery at its finest. I WILL NEVER USE PODS AGAIN!!!

Bait and switch! Beware!!! Everything went well except the price. Initially scheduled for Portland Oregon but had to change destinations to Eugene from New Orleans. Added 12 miles to the trip. Charged me $1,000 more from original agreement and would not reconsider.

PODS worked really well for us! The POD was super clean and had ample tie-downs and a smooth floor that made it easy to load. It was a 2800 mile move so we knew it would take a little while, but everything went exactly as promised. We packed carefully--both the individual boxes and the POD itself--and everything was in surprisingly good condition when it arrived. I'd totally recommend using PODS for reasonable cost and ease of use. Pay attention to the information they send; the requirements aren't difficult, but they can't drop it off if there isn't enough room!

Pods was my first choice for my upcoming move to Tulsa Oklahoma. Unfortunately, I called into their website to get a quote and when we put in the Tulsa ZIP Code, their system had an error and they couldn’t give me an accurate quote. The first call person I talked with, sounded like they were from the Philippines, and didn’t really know what to do or understand anything and couldn’t explain to me what the next step was, I called in a couple days later to see if the situation was resolved. The person I spoke with was very kind and respectful, but also got the same error even after trying multiple ZIP Codes she explained to me that I would get a call back in the next 1 to 2 business days after they escalated this to the IT department and got the error fixed. I called in several days later only to get the same error again. I hate to give one star reviews but it’s difficult for me not to feel like this was completely deserving given a company as large as pods should not require a customer to call in three times to fix a simple glitch.

My only complaint is that the final pick up driver didn't call to give a 30 minute heads up. We had to change plans and drive home because we have a gate that we need to open & dogs that can get out if the driver is not careful. We had 2 containers for pick up and he wasn't very helpful. Every other driver & phone support person was great. Timely, & communicative.

The container itself was fine, and it's a convenient way to move a lot of stuff. However, the transit time was way too long. Apparently they only drive during "business days" so be aware of that for the quote. For my move across the country they quoted 9 business days, which ended up being 11 actual days, which is already a long time to be without your stuff. However, the DAY OF the scheduled delivery, they sent an email (no call or other contact) saying the pod was delayed for another 3 days. In total it took 14 days to get the pod. I was not offered any kind of discount or compensation for the delay, nor was I given any kind of update or warning. It should have been obvious to them they were not on schedule far before a few hours prior to delivery. It was also really difficult to get anyone to tell me where the pod actually was. Overall, I would not recommend for long distance moves.

PODS made our building renovation and remodel so easy. We ordered and returned all online with seamless delivery and pickup. The POD was clean, weather tight and delivered with minimal effort on my part. Such a guilty pleasure! The additional storage helped our project immensely.

Things went well, except for a disastrous problem with the third of three pods, which was overloaded by the crew I hired to pack them. The door was jammed, and wouldn't open.Unfortunately, the only person in the region who had tools which could open the door, and I've had to wait over a week for that third pod to be opened. Still waiting, in fact.Otherwise, the service has been swell. If the crew I hired hadn't been so dead-set on overloading the first pod, everything would have gone fine.

POD damaged my gate when it was being picked up. I’ve sent repair quotes to a woman’s Ashley Miller.I have not heard back from her since August 15.

A truck drove down our street at extreme speeds. When I called to complain I was unable to reach any sort of system that would allow me to do so. Avoid these people they are not professional not responsive and unsafe.

I used PODS for a cross-country move (almost coast to coast). Every aspect from start to finish was virtually hassle-free. The PODS employees I interacted with in person, online or on the phone were professional and friendly and made the process stress free. I encountered no issues during the delivery, loading, transport, re-delivery and last pick-up; everything arrived safely and on time (I packed the POD well to prevent any shifting...important). I was able to track my POD the entire time and the online chat function to manage all of your dates/actions was very easy to use. My only disappointment (minor) was I was not able to use the desired size POD for my cross-country move. Only certain sizes were allowed for this type of move. I had to use a larger sized POD for my move, but this allowed me to keep more stuff than I had originally decided to keep. The move using PODS was pricey for a cross-country move (be prepared for the quote), but the quote was competitive with other like services and providers. It was a cross-country move and when you factor everything in - the price was fair; I went with PODS mainly because of the more structurally sound containers. Overall, I was very pleased and would use them again if needed. Thanks PODS!

Every driver was great and very accommodating. Especially Brooks. He was presented with an incredibly challenging terrain, with steep inclines in two different directions and a narrow windy road and driveway. He aced it and stayed to help me get the door open, literally lying on the ground to help me shift the wedged boxes. I would use POD again.

Brooks delivered the two PODS ordered for 12August. He was very professional yet easy to relate to.Looking forward to when he picks these up and delivers the third POD.
