Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They can’t scan QR labels in order to print off a shipping label and will charge a computer rental fee for you to email the label to them to print off. Then, they will wait 3 days to scan the package in.

This place is AMAZING for shipping, mailbox rentals, copies, everything they offer. Of course every small business has limitations, these aren't flaws of the business.The complaints also seem ridiculous; "more than one document notarized" probably means they had 10 mortgage documents that were not prepared (I've seen it firsthand doing business here for years)"Racist" when this place is all inclusive and welcoming to all people, even those who don't do business there.'Notarized me document is a language you can't read' - despite the Oregon Secretary of State prohibiting that.The smell - really? It smells great in there.Come on now. Instead of complaining, find a solution for yourself and move on.If they don't offer a service you need, remember that you're an adult and have means of finding who does.I'll keep giving my business here!

I politely asked to have more than one document notarized, and the employee was very rude and refused to do it. He claimed he didn't have the staff to notarize more than one document. He said if another customer came in, he would "be too busy", yet the store was completely empty! Then he kicked me out for no reason. I didn't even say anything to this guy. He claims he is the manager. Probably racist. Never give your business to this horrible place!

My first time going into this postal store today was a great experience. I was shipping items across America and Canada and was worried I'd be paying a ton of money compared to other places. When I walked in, I noticed it smelled AMAZING in the store. They had some nice wall plug ins to make the store smell good. When we were calculating the size of one package, it was a bit more expensive then I wanted to spend, and the worker was very helpful, trying to find me the best rate, even going to lengths of trying to combine two packages (that were going to the same destination) and finding me either smaller boxes or a box that would fit the packages and found me the best rates. He was kind and helpful and I left happy.

To be fair, I did not interact as I was going to rent a PO Box but I had a reaction to the fake scented air (a dispenser of chemicals I imagine) and decided to go elsewhere . I find he imposition. Of fake yucky scented sprayers obnoxious and harmful and am writing this to perhaps effect them considering to eliminate it.Try a clove ball or heat some cinnamon or other inoffensive, natural fragrance. Fresh air even.Considering the rise of asthma and allergy sensitivity it may be a beneficial change.
