I was working from the road and went into PostNet to have invoices printed out. Even though my business was small in monetary value, these folks were super nice, always had a smile to greet me and the work was prompt and ready when I got there. Really appreciated them!

This is what customer service looks like. It’s accurate to say I came in with stuff in a box and a phone with an innerwebs page that has a button to send stuff to a printer.. My kids weren’t with me so I had to get through printing from my phone all by myself. Sheesh. They took it from there. Dealing in customer service can be tiresome. They have a true passion for the value of their business. Which is you.

I've come here severeal times for printing and shipping purposes, and they've done a terrific job each time. The printing wound up costing quite a bit less than I expected it to, and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend them.

WARNING!!!! The owner may have purchased the business but doesn't know how to run it. Her workers do a better job than her. She has personally misplaced and wrongly placed over 3+ labels causing my expensive gifts to go to the wrong person. Then after I addressed the issue, she explains to me that I'm at fault, despite having marked each package with a name in sharpie. Highly wouldn't recommend if you want your Christmas gifts to make it to your loved ones. Before she hung up our phone call, she suggested not to drop off multiple packages at one time. I guess it's too much... WARNING!!!

They illegally charge $15 for a notary fee and when told it’s only legal to charge $10 they hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I called back. ? I will be reporting you.

Recommend the service of Postnet on Royal Ave for your post office box or shipping and mailing needs. The ladies who helped me were friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing better would be if they had some Saturday hours.

Total rip off for sending out a fax. They clearly don't understand that a fax with a different area code isn't always considered long distance. 9.50 to send a fax?! What a joke. If I can put a negative star I would. Negative 2 stars.
