Total rip off for sending out a fax. They clearly don't understand that a fax with a different area code isn't always considered long distance. 9.50 to send a fax?! What a joke. If I can put a negative star I would. Negative 2 stars.

Extremely rude. Package stated that it was ready for pickup at location, and I was told to just come back tomorrow. No explanation.

Extremely helpful! When the USPS wastes hours of your time and says they "don't have the capabilities to print a shipping label", these people figured it out and my order was shipped within minutes. Postnet over USPS everything!

I’ve used their services twice and was treated with obvious disdain each time (they barely acknowledged my presence. No smile, didn’t even look at me, really. No response to my have a good day or thank you) and yet spoke to the person in front of me like they were worthy of their time. I won’t be using them again.

Is so ashamed that is the location that I have very near my house and, because is near, always going there, but no more.The location that is on Royal has a clerk that is so rude.I decided not going anymore.It doesn't matter that I have to go farther, but is better that being treated in a bad manner.My advice, don't go to that location.

Dropped my old iPhone off to be sent back to AT&T back in May. I had it already in a box with the shipping label already printed out. AT&T still hasn't received it yet so I'm out $700 credit on my account.
