I am very disappointed in this company and how they communicate with their investors. After letting us know that they needed to write down every investors account by 7.73% and then take another 30% from all investors,to put in a sidecar account to deal with additional bad loans. They have been very hard to contact and get information from such as quarterly reports. They had a bad attitude when my retired mother and stepfather, a disabled veteran, called to ask questions, each an investor in their own right. Now to get our money back: They've sent us a letter saying no one will get anything before next year and it will only be 25% of the money they have per quarter and only if the General partner, Kevin Simrin, approves the withdrawal. This is not what we were told when we invested. They change the rules as they want with no accountability and expect the investors to just go along. This is wrong!

To clarify, I did receive responses to my emails, typically within 24 hours, and I acknowledge that. However, the majority of those responses did not provide direct or substantial answers to my questions.
Additionally, I met in person with a senior Precision employee on three separate occasions. During each meeting, I was told that in nineteen years of handling hard money loans, only two had failed. I was also explicitly informed that I could request a return of my investment and that the process would take up to thirty days. At no point during any of these meetings was I told that there were limitations on either the timing or the amount of funds I could request for withdrawal. Given this, one of three things must be true: I was either lied to during these conversations, key information was withheld that would have significantly impacted my decision to invest, or a new policy has been implemented without proper communication to me and other investors. None of these scenarios are acceptable. I was raised to believe that a person, or a business, is only as good as their word. At this moment, Precision’s word does not hold any value for me.

What better way to get a 6-9% return on my money monthly secured by a pool of 80% or better loan to value loans.

Our investment group worked with Adam on a real estate transaction for a renovation project. We had just left a lender that was giving us the run around and Adam stepped in, got ahold of the project, quickly worked through underwriting and funded well before our previous lender was going to be able. His communication was fantastic, his knowledge of Precision's credit policy was awesome and the rest of the team was extremely responsive and willing to help.
