I was looking for propane gas for my 5 gallon tank, either a refill or an exchange, during a terrible ice storm that left me and thousands of others in the city without power for days. Not only did Nemo refill my propane tank, he did it with a smile and MUCH cheaper than any stores around here. There was a high demand on propane and the whole city seemed in short supply and high demand. What a service and no price gouging... WAY to go! From now on I will go here when I run out/low on propane for my Coleman camp stove or BBQ.

In visiting this store yesterday with my husband and child, I witnessed the entire staff treating a woman horribly. She was asking for help with her invoice and was called names, publically humiliated and degraded. I was shocked and uncomfortable for her. While she did get pretty upset eventually, it was after she was demeaned and cussed at by the General Manager who also was talking about her to other customers in front of her. It's a sad world when women are treated this way.

I was overcharged and when I called to resolve I was left on hold. When I called back the manager just hung up on me. I just want to be charged honestly. UPDATE: The professionalism of the staff and manager is Jerry Springer level. Ask for help or customer support and prepare to be degraded, humiliated and verbally assaulted. The manager Johnny Dobbins Jr will even puff his chest and try physical intimidation towards women over actually having to do his job. He referred to me as a "disgusting thing". I've never experienced such vile unprofessionalism. I finally called support and got the refund for the overcharge. The staff here simply isn't competent enough to handle basic tasks.

Ashley is terrible at communicating. they were very rude & has not one bit of niceness in them. Right when you walk in it is instant attitude from them, do not recommend talking to them. I'd rather wait an hour long to talk to someone else than talk to Ashley again. If you want to be starred at or waste your patience and time then I recommend Ashley.

The team that was there when we went was so energetic and very helpful. They communicated with each other efficiently and got our trailer hooked up in record time. We reserved online and that process was super easy.

There are very good people who work there but the general manager alternates between being verbally abusive and being super nice. I don't know if there are mental health issues or drug abuse but something is going on that's way out of whack.

I went to the uhaul in Eugene oregon. To rent a trailer to tow my vehicle home. When I got there they where super unprofessional when I asked to by a hitch I was met with contempt. Bc I asked them if they could install the ball to the hitch the person working seemed agitated about having to do it. I replied il jus go to the auto store and by one the reassured me then that the employee was jus sassy so to say. So I paid for the hitch jus to be told by another employee that the ball would not work with the hitch that I could do it but it would be wiggling around a bunch. I had to convince why I didn't want to risk damaging my vehicle the vehicle in tow and your equipment if it popped off along a 2 and half hour drive south over mountains. At that point they went to go refund me for the hitch but the girl didn't know how to had to get someone else to do it. So I proceeded to have to drive to an auto store anyways to grab one. A big waste of my time and there's. I was trying to make it south before dark now it don't look like I will. I'm not happy with the service I received and will never use this uhaul again. This really put a bad taste in my mouth with the lack of perfessionalism

Absolutely atrocious service! I have never ever ever ever ever been treated the way I was treated by the woman behind the counter and the manager after leaving because he seemed to be dealing with something more important. I was denied a van for no reason other than she didn't think I would return it to the same location. When being denied with zero information given I walked over to the managers office he was dealing with something important so I waited outside after about 10 minutes I left feeling as though my business was unneeded. Opening the door to my car to leave he followed me out and called me over and told him I wasn't interested in doing business but would like to explain what it happened to him so he could act accordingly with his employees. He refused to let me talk he paraded me and told me to "get the F**k off" off his property. I would absolutely recommend people avoid this place like the plague. There are many other U-Haul places in town without drug addicted people behind the counter, and a manager that couldn't give two shits about his own personal image or the image of the franchise that he works for. I plan on filing a formal complaint with U-Haul maybe that will light a fire under his ass to deal with customers with some respect. Oh and best believe osha is getting a call over no one wearing there masks in the business.

As I entered the Uhaul store, the clerk at the counter flew past with a customer to go outside. She was outside 5-7 minutes while 3 of us waited. I have been to this Uhaul many times for myself and with my daughter. This same clerk runs around getting into everyone's business instead of letting others do their job. This has never really bothered me until this visit when I could see that she was flustered when she came back into the store. I gave her my name. I had completed everything online but had failed to notice that I was given a substitute smaller trailer that I had reserved. The clerk told me that she was going to give me a different trailer and I responded that I didn't know I had a substitute smaller trailer that probably wouldn't hold what I needed to transport. The clerk replied, "Don't get snippy with me. I'm doing you a favor." I was quite taken aback and told her that I wasn't getting snippy with her. Indeed, I was ready to thank her, but didn't really see the point after her comments. While completing whatever she was doing online, the clerk continually apologized to the women behind me as if I was the holdup. I had completed everything online. After one of her apologies, I asked what I could do to expedite the process. She said I was missing my driver's license photo and should have followed the link given online to complete. I had my license ready to hand to her, but she said she bypassed it anyway. So, what was the holdup? In my defense I did try to follow the link to upload my photo but was given an error message. I also checked my Uhaul profile the next day and still could not upload that photo. I am going to try to avoid using Uhaul if I can possibly help it. Your clerk needs to reign in her emotions and just do her job. I also want to emphasize that I never asked for a larger trailer and would have been happy to keep my original reservation. I should add that the older gentleman who connects/disconnects the trailers is wonderful. He is always friendly and polite. I have given Uhaul this information twice before with no reply.

There is no customer service orientation with U-Haul of Glenwood. I rented a truck for four days and when I brought it back they were absolutely concerned about the mud on their truck and absolutely not concerned with how my journey had been. Very rude. Very bad business people. Avoid them. Employees have no customer service training and the management is no better. Don't give them your business. There are other options to these clowns. Unless you like a circus.... where you are the animal. And they never, ever answer their phone. Call it now and see how long you stay on hold. Forever. The scope of their business practices are pretty clear. How does the saying go ? F 'em and feed 'em fish.... that's them.

I had the best experience renting a cargo van from this Uhaul location! The people that work there are SO nice! The van was there, clean & ready, and the perfect size. I had to change rental locations last minute, and unexpectedly extend the rental & they were so accommodating! I think I was helped by Jordan (she's so great!!!!) and a young guy (didn't get his name). They're both great! They are close to University of Oregon-very convenient! This Uhaul location has my highest recommendation!!!!

I gotta say that Johnny really took care of business for us. Was super attentive, had solutions to offer us when we had unusual questions and issues having moved in from outta state. Respectful, hard-working, and welcoming. Based off of his performance and patience I recommend this uhaul when in the area and have the need.

So I brought my Porsche Cayenne into them to get a tow hitch installed the tow hitch was installed super perfectly I had a little problem with some body work but that got handled extremely quickly actually which was very surprising LOL then I had another little problem with the U-Haul corporate mixup with some payment stuff but I was able to get it situated in about two days and the manager of this location was super helpful and really communicative with me. All in all this location took care of what I needed and we got it all figured out without any major problems. Thanks
