Terrible, they have you schedule an appointment online, then there machine doesn’t have an option for OTHER reasons you are there, like a blood draw from your Dr., they don’t pull people back in the correct order than cause you can’t check in. They have no staff up front to help you either. Go somewhere else.

Trying to make an appointment with Quest Diagnostics Labs has been the most terrible excruciating process I have ever encountered with a business & with AI used by a business. First, I started online with the Quest Diagnostics Lab appointment page. In 3 words, it doesn't work. You put in all the information on several pages, and it stalls out and will not go forward. Yes, several tries later I gave up. Next, I tried calling, 4 different numbers that is. All 4 numbers go to a recorded loop will multiple choices of action that does nothing for you. Why does anybody use this company? Then I called the 888 number which sends you in-to AI hell. It took 20 mins to finally set up an appointment via this route. The same appointment that I could see via the online method that froze-up. Whoever set up the AI route is most likely sitting at home laughing since the process is terrible and then probably made millions. Decision making? No. Higher order intel? No. A standardized stepwise process? No. The entire process took oh 35 mins.

Came into get blood drawn as a walk in. I was not informed that I needed an appointment. Never needed one in the past. One person working in the back. I'm watching the Lobby fill up faster than their getting processed. Walkins will never get seen with this type of system. Very disappointed with this experience.

My appointment got bumped to standby because I didn’t have a physical insurance card to scan at the kiosk. No one but the blood draw folks work there. Terrible customer service

I picked up a fecal test kit from the Springfield Oregon branch. I was told I could drop the sample off without an appointment and it had to be returned within 1 hour or the sample is no good. Drove the sample 40 minutes to Springfield, was told I had to check in and make an appointment. Nearest appointment was 2 hours later. Told the lab techs several times the sample would be no good. "Sorry, appointments only." Got yelled at by customers: office was full of customers. Tech spent 10 minutes helping a customer find her text for an appointment. I could have easily dropped my sample off during that timeframe. Finally handed the tech my sample and told him to toss it out. Was told I had to have an appointment. It is IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment online for a fecal sample and deliver it within an hour. So, no test for me. Most idiotic bureaucracy I have seen in a long time. Hopefully I don't have anything wrong with me, but I'll never know because of Quest. Thanks for nothing.

YOU NEED A RECEPTIONIST. Stop tourturing your kind phlebotomist, they should not be expected to do the job of multiple people. Here I am again at quest and I walk in and two older gentlemen are having trouble with the kiosk. I help the first man sign in to the kiosk getting him the last stand by appt. I help the second man make an appt. He doesn’t know what a QR code is so I walk him through this, then he continues to have trouble making an appt on his phone. Then it’s my turn and I make an appt but meant to join the stand by wait. Now I’m unable to change my appt at the kiosk. This place is backwards, is NOT in any way user friendly, and honestly needs to get itself together. I will be begging my doctors to allow me to go to a different lab.Really need someone at the front desk. The kiosk does not give all the options of why someone would be coming in. I wish my doc worked with Legacy, much better place to go.

Make an appointment on the website, get a confirmation, only to not have it found in the system the next day. They do not have any person at the front desk to assist you, for this issue, or for signing in issues with their kiosk. They replaced the person with a tablet on a stand, and the poor lab techs get to bear the brunt of people's frustrations, and of have to sign people in, take the blood, verify insurance, and take payment. No wonder why they move through lab techs so fast! Quest...hire someone for the front desk!

Hurry up and wait. 50-min. for a blood draw WITH an appointment. Almost impossible to communicate with a human being in person or on the phone. If you’re looking for a place to feel ignored then Quest is a fine choice. BTW, the techs working there seem as unhappy as those patients stacked up in the waiting room.

The worst place ever to get your blood work done id give it no stars if I could. Walking in and getting blood work done is a thing of the past here. Dude working looks like he hates his life I truly feel sorry for him. The typical not my job not my problem excuse for things there. I encourage everyone to have an appointment before hand and triple check you have everything before going in there because they will without a doubt try to not see you anyway they can. Good luck everyone

staff was rude and condescending. Arrived to my appointment 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment 2pm on Monday, March 13th, 2023. Amanda's data entry skills need to be overlooked, she lazily entered in my information and made an ignorant mistake by entering in my doctor's phone number in place of the NPI number, which took her some time to come to the conclusion that there was nothing they could do for me today until my Doctor faxes them her NPI number. It turns out, the NPI number was there all along, it was directly above my doctors phone number which Amanda had highlighted with a marker and had been entering it in place of the NPI number. When I came back inside from waiting in my car while I analyzed my bloodwork vendor sheet, realizing it was there CLEARLY stated all along, I had to wait an extra hour and a half to be assisted since there is no one at the front desk, EVER, therefor I couldn't speak to anyone about the matter and had to register as a walk-in which led to the ridiculously long wait time. When I had addressed their mistake, Sean who called me in the second time around, got defensive and blamed Amanda, which then turned Amanda becoming hostile towards me, while they both argued about how Sean "threw [Amanda] under the bus" while I just sat there. When I asked Amanda for her name to file an incident report/complaint, she went on to say a sarcastic and condescending remark, and that I was rude for filing a complaint against her, which was said in a brute and condescending manner. I ended up leaving and never got my bloodwork done after waiting over an hour to be attended. No apology was issued and no accountability was taken. Both Sean and Amanda were very condescending and unprofessional which is very dissapointing coming from supposed "health professionals" who are there to serve their clientele in a sympathetic manner. These two have no business working in health care. The only positive I took from this experience was the conversation I made with the people who were also waiting to be attended. They were the sweetest!

Terrible customer service. Took advantage of my daughter and refuse to correct billing codes. Customer service number does not want to hear that it is their error.

Go to any other lab place but Quest. This location is poorly operated from poor patient customer service and organization, all the way to being given incomplete take home sample items. No label for sample, biohazard bag, instructions or gloves. The guy who helped me was all over the place and not thorough. When I realized I didn't have everything needed for my test at home I called to only get stuck in the hopeless abyss of an automated phone tree. No real customer service or support. I refuse to use Quest ever again. I'm calling my Dr in the morning to request lab be sent to anywhere else.

Only one person working could barely keep up with appointments. Meaning walk-ins never stood a chance. Was this communicated to the lobby? Ofcourse not.

Misleading information on website. I thought I could easily schedule an RSV test, nope! Had an appointment scheduled and everything only to show up with no ability to get tested! Ended up going to Zoomcare.

I checked in at 2 o’clock and their computer indicated an 18 minute wait. There were two people in the lobby ahead of me and on the board. One hour later my name was finally at the top of the list and the lab tech came out and took someone ahead of me! They only processed three people in one hour!
