I had a 1:00pm appointment and I was not seen until 1:50pm. This has been an ongoing problem at this location. If an appointment is not considered important, I would have to ask, then why make an appointment at all.

Write down the confirmation code! The first time, I thought I had an appointment, but my driver’s license failed to match. I had to make another appointment. The second time around, I brought the appointment code and was recognized. There is no one at the desk to help! The blood drawing tech was nice but inexperienced. I have difficult “wiggly” veins and the blood draw hurt. A more experienced technician knows how to make the experience painless.

Bailey is inexperienced and should not be practicing. Was poked several times and turned away because she could not find the vein. Extremely frustrated by how under qualified the staff is. This Quest is the absolute worst

Being able to make a quick appointment online ensures that you get taken in almost immediately. I've had to wait no more than 5 minutes every time. Making an appointment is key. Otherwise you could sit for hours as a walk-in. Phlebotomists are excellent and do it almost painfree.

It is 930a, there are still people here who had appointments at 830a. This room is absolutely smashed full of people (17 ahead of me) and I am very sick but am being told by the worker that they are "one hour behind" and if you need to be seen "come back another time". This is my health and doctor requirement to get this done. I don't have another time, it has to get done today. Disgusting treatment of people in the health care industry. Corporations shouldn't be in charge of your lives. I made an appointment two weeks ago and hoped that this draw wouldn't take more than an hour. Guess I'll get a pillow and hopefully this mask keeps those from around me getting ill. Treat people like humans not cattle. Terrible.

I first tried to visit the Coburg office last week but found it was closed this month (no information of the closure was available online). I then tried to visit the Division road site last Friday as a walk in but it was at least a 60 min. wait based on the amount of people in line so after 20 min of waiting I decided to leave but there was no way to take myself off the waitlist via the check in screen. I finally made an appointment for the Division road location only to get there and find that they were backed up by at least 30 min at only 9:30 in the morning. I waited in my car for 30 min and went inside..then had to wait an additional 15 min. before I was called. The location is terribly understaffed and should not be booking appointments if they don't have the staff to handle them in a timely manner.
