When we did find the property we fell in love with and knew was perfect for us, she was a genius at making sure we got it, over the other offers that were made. Her phenomenal skill at communicating with the seller's agent and then sealing the deal for us (that we were nervous about) was perfect. She made sure our offer was the most desirable to the seller (it was an estate sale). The icing on the cake was her long standing connection to the title company. Closing was such a pleasure that we took pictures of the contract signing process. We just adore our new home, and Kelly's expertise made it smooth as silk!
