Not happy. Bought a used couch from them. Didn't get to see the couch completely put together, but I did see it in pieces. He assured me it was in perfect condition. The couch they brought me was not the same couch. The couch love seat he showed me in the back had a middle armrest with cup holders. Since the couch was used, he promised he would clean it as well. The one they brought me was not clean. In fact, it smelled like urine in one spot. And when I took my black light to it, there was a stain down the side of the loveseat it was crusty. One side of the large couch is already breaking, and here's a hole in one of the cushions. Wil never buy furniture from them again. I feel like I got ripped off.

Original store was Pocatello, ID. Was initially late one day, they proceeded to harass my two little brothers (well under 18) like they were hiding me while I was at work. I wasn't going to avoid them, but when I asked them to not approach my minor siblings the way they did and they laughed, they can take their contract and stick it 🤙 the Eugene store has been better to my friend but I can't speak on that from any personal experience

As soon as I was done painting for my washer and dryer, I went on the 6. Dollars a month club membership automatic payments.
In order to get service for my washer and dryer if they needed repairs. The woman assured me that it would be pulled from my account every month. There would be no problem I provided her with all details. I looked at my account yesterday and saw that they only pulled for 1 month. They stopped withdrawing money from my account six months ago. Which means that I'm no longer a club member. Big surprise no longer covered for service.

I am currently unhappy with the customer service at w.11th Eugene. OR. There is a lot of miscommunication going on with the transition of moving employees around to different stores. There is a rug that I never received on my account pending since January. Nobody seems to know how to take it off my account. I asked to be transferred stores but cannot because of this error? I have been a loyal customer for 5+years now and never had a bad experience with Lacey or David they are both wonderful and helpful! I can’t say as much so far of the new workers or the upper level management who can’t seem to take care of this. I rate 3 stars overall.

Very disappointed with the current management. Leah was very rude and unprofessional. I called to transfer my account and she answered and then did not respond to me at all. She did not give me any confirmation that my account had been transferred and then abruptly hung up. This did not feel like I was calling a business and she was very reluctant to do what I asked. Working with Laicey was a great experience. It is very upsetting to have this be the new level of professionalism with the management at this store. This inappropriate behavior on the phone I did not expect from a manager. Please bring back Laicey. She was very respectful and I felt valued as a customer.

Let me just say hands down they have the best customer service ever they are very kind towards customers even know I’m losing my job they understand and are willing to help so I don’t lose my camera way to go team will definitely be keeping me as a customer

I lived in Anaheim Ca, and bought several pieces of furniture at one of these stores. I never had any problems with any of the staff, they were always very nice to me. I'm about to visit one of these stores here in Eugene and I hope the treatment is equal between sellers and buyers.
