I purchased a bed frame and mattress here. My husband let them know when we picked it up that the box said queen for the frame. We were told it was interchangeable. When we called because the bed did not fit the frame as we suspected it wouldn't, the manager said the slats are interchangeable and they would send a new head and foot board. The slats are not interchangeable, they are sized to queen and are full wood slats, they do not get longer to fit. Not only that but there was no manager on duty today, which is completely unprofessional for any operating business that works with consumers. Furthermore, the employees gave, "I don't know" as the answer to all our questions and told my husband that the manager knew what he was talking about as if we are somehow idiots and don't. Unprofessional, clearly do not actively listen to their customers, and has a lack of prof management.

As it has said, their salespeople are not pushy! No need to be, their selection is the best, and you don't have to wait 2 months to get your furniture like at other furniture stores!My furniture was delivered in 2 days, I'm still waiting for my Ashley's furniture, a month later. Grrr.I'm a Rife's furniture customer for here on out.
