The pharmacy staff here at Rite Aid are slower than molasses in January. I'm not sure if it was deliberate so that I would be forced to roam around the store to buy things I don't need or what. What does it take 45 minutes for them to place 14 pills in a bottle and slap a label on it? I just don't understand it. I've been to many pharmacies throughout my adult life and have never seen this sort of lag in speed of work nor have I experienced the low level of customer service. It wouldn't kill for them to smile a little.

Very busy and difficult to reach by phone as is the case with other pharmacies today, but overall, our experience has been excellent in regard to staff and services. I’m not sure if I could find better service in the area. We especially like that our meds are delivered to our home.

I've been trying to have 2 prescriptions filled and delivered since May 14th. One prescription is for high blood pressure medication which it is vital that I take daily or my blood pressure goes through the roof. I'm 78 years old and no longer drive so home delivery is vital to me. I have 4 pills left so I'm panicking!

RITE AID PHARMACY IS MESSED UP! I usually don't have too many issues with this pharmacy. But, I'm really upset right now because I've called FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES to get my prescription refilled. They won't do it at the doctor's office because I have refills available. They only refilled another prescription I don't right away. When I call, I'm told there are two people ahead of me, and sit on hold for 30 to 40 minutes with no answer. THIS IS INEFFICIENT and terrible customer service. Now I've been without my prescription for four days. I have anxiety and the thought of going in and waiting hours for them to refill my prescription without calling ahead of time is upsetting. ANSWER YOUR DAMNED PHONE Rite Aid Pharmacy!!!!

I have used Rite Aid for my pharmacy for years, and because of my experiences at this location, I've decided to start using Costco despite the fact that it's much farther from my house. It's not the employees' fault. They are friendly and do their best. But they are so severely understaffed that I can't go anymore. It's taken several hours to get prescriptions filled; two times there was an issue with my insurance info, so they called me but it went to voicemail. When I tried calling them back, I couldn't get through. I called probably 30 times with no answer. The store is very under stocked as well.

Ridiculous that the line always looks like this for prescription medications. Hire more people; I think a billion dollar company can swing that... right?

This pharmacy team works their tails off, and have been, through years of pandemic, to do their very best to get the meds we need. They are extremely busy most of the time, working through staffing shortages and medication shortages, none of which they have the ability to fix. And I understand how folks get frustrated by long lines, waiting, and medication shortages, but next time you want to complain about this pharmacy, ask yourself what/how you could do any better given the cards these folks are dealt. Thank you Rite Aid Pharmacy team! And for all the one star review folks, I’m sure we’d all be happy if you tried out other pharmacies for a little while.

Customer service has been on a steady decline for months now. Drive thru is no longer available due to \\\"staffing shortages\\\". Time to fill a prescription can take up to a week. My daughter stood in line for 30 mins for an Rx for her daughter only to be told it wasn't filled, was in stock, but because it was 10 mins to closing they refused to fill it that day. Hire some more staff. Plenty of people are looking for jobs every day. Call them back.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and the Asian gentleman pharmacist is always very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, this place needs more help since the pandemic and the service has been declining. I called yesterday to have my daughter's prescription refilled and I actually spoke to someone! Picking up the phone is very rare for this branch. The pharmacist put in the order and told me it would be ready today after 2. She also said I'd receive a text notifying me. I never receive their texts, so I had her verify my number. Well, again no text, and at 5:30 my husband went to stand in line and there were 20 people before him. An hour later, when he reached the front, the woman told him it hadn't been ordered and that there was no medicine. She didn't apologize for anything, but told him he could go to any other rite aid....after he already waited an hour. Needless to say, we will be changing pharmacies.-UPDATE: Day after: both of us called in and someone answered the phone, reassuring us our daughter's medicine was ready. I also received a text a few minutes after hanging up! Husband went to pick it up and there were only 3 people ahead of him. He cane back home in 20 minutes, and I expected him to say he didn't want to wait again, but he had the medicine in hand. I am adding a couple of stars, hoping that these positive changes indicate the coming of better and better service.

Pharmacist screwed up by giving us fewer than the 90 day supply of medicine for our child - but not having thought to count when I picked up, they wouldn't do anything about it. We had to have doctor call in. Then they wanted to charge us $900 for 1 mg guanfacine. Checked online and the cash (non insurance) price is $20-30 - including at Rite Aid! Tried calling them numerous times to talk to a pharmacist, no one EVER answers. We will definitely be switching pharmacies. The number of errors makes you wonder what other mistakes the pharmacists are making back there.

Not sure if this branch is closing, but everything was under stocked. All of the shelves were practically empty, except the seasonal section that was surprisingly stocked up. Don't expect to find what you are looking for in a hurry. I've grown up going to this location for over 10 years, it wasn't always this bad.

I tried making small talk w/ dude @ the counter.. he wasn't having it. I also told him I couldn't find a particular item and he looked at me as if i was dumb as rocks, snickered at me & pointed out that it was on an endcap ): He seemed over his day which I understand, but we are all in this together lol.. no need to be rude

I have never successfully had a prescription filled without having to come and remind them in person at least twice. After the third failed request to fax a request to get one prescription renewed and 5 trips to the pharmacy to follow up, I learned my lesson and now I call the doctors office and confirm that pharmacy actually followed thru before leaving the riteaid. Their line is very slow...which would not be as big of a deal if they just had your prescription ready after you call in.
