I set my phone down to try on a pair of shoes decided to get the shoes and started looking at other items forgot my phone walk back to shoes the guy back there said he took it to register one all in about 3 minutes I go to register one ask her for my phone she says describe it with a rood tone like she looked at me in my work clothes threw it in the drawer and said no name on it then I said call it il I've you my number she finaly got it back and then was thrown out I am canceling my ross credit card

Sad to see the two stores in this area failing as they were formerly excellent resources for dressing affordably. So, Ross, what happened? Example. Not even one no not one single pair of women's jeans. Nope. Rack after rack of wide wide WIDE leg pull ons in flimsy fabric - throwaway chic or whatever passes these days for throwaway chic in ugly colors to boot. Nice summer tops? Sure, if one likes see-thru and cropped to the max, again garish unattractive colors. Equally ugly? Unfriendly staff! I saw not one smile, only scowls, and overheard one cashier clearly showing irritation to one customer who had questions. I won't be back.
