The woman who owns this shop is horrendously rude. She felt the need to body shame my mom. Completely disgusting, unprofessional, and hateful behavior. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Also to the owner: You are a horrible person to body shame your customers. It seems this is not the first time you've done this too. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. Next time, take a good look in the mirror before you shame someone's appearance.

I went in with my grandmother this afternoon, we were both in to get measured and try on bras. It was a bit bumpy to start because there's only one gal getting the bras and measuring, it was busy and the stress this had on her was evident. Even then she was kind and patient since my grandmother isn't 100% mobile on her own Once we got going, she warmed up and she recommended some absolutely wonderful bras for both of us. She even showed me a couple fancy fun little (actually big) numbers. Definitely going back next time I'm in need of bras and will send friends that way

Came here on recommendation as I was told I could find larger bras here. Was able to get two 44G bras on sale for $35.00 each. Place was empty and there's a lot of luxury items like robes, dresses, shirts, slippers, pajamas, etc. The employee here didn't seem the kindest but she was helpful in finding what I needed so I could leave quickly.

Fantastic bra shop. I’ve been going there for 7 years. Quirky staff with lots of personality, extremely knowledgeable. They’ll even do alterations for a perfect fit. If you want to be served like royalty by vapid teenagers, go to Macys. If you want the best bra for any body type- come here.

My 65 year old mother, who just survived breast cancer might I add, went into this shop from a recommendation from her PT. They thought that this shop could help my mom find a different bra that would help her with some of her current issues.When my mom went in there was an older women there assisting customers. She was SUPER rude to my mom! Called her fat multiple times, told her she had a "big belly." She then kept saying they didn't have anything that my mom was looking for but then proceeded to suggest double sided sticky tape.My mom hasn't been able to handle social situations well lately due to the chemo and radiation. She struggles to get words out at times so the lady proceeded to put a bunch of double sided sticky tape on my mom's skin and clothes, used a quarter of the roll then turned to my mom and asked if she was paying for the rest.My mom did end up buying the tape, guilt I believe more than she wanted it. When my mom got home she discovered she had a rash and her skin tore a bit when she went to remove the tape and she said that it was put on so thick that it took her almost an hour to remove it all.Basically, I would never recommend this place to anyone! My mom was super understanding during this all considering she was called fat and basically conned into buying something she didn't want/need.

My daughter had to go shopping for me, and she felt like she was not welcomed by one of the employees very kindly. Another employee whom I had spoken to on the phone finally helped my daughter and she was very helpful and kind.

I went in with my daughter she arrived first and the lady gave her a dirty look like what are you doing here! we were a half hour before they closed. I had myself measured and the associate looked at me and said I just want to quit!! I thought it was me? who was the problem me or my daughter? and it just made me feel really bad. I didn’t even wanna be there after that. she wouldn’t let us touch anything. get your hands out of the box she said! and I left I’m happy without anything . I was willing to spend a couple hundred dollars they lost my business forever!

My bras came to $246, spendy, but comfortable. Originally, Norma was going to drop them off, but then, since I realized that my apartment is a bit hard to find, as the street addresses aren't clearly marked in my apartment complex (Willakenzie Crossing Apartment Homes), my American mom and I decided we would pick them up instead. This time, the women there didn't call me any bad names, they just hand delivered my bras in a bag, I went ahead and took them home, washed them in the washing machine, and dried them in the dryer. They fit perfectly! Though I thought the grey ones were going to be a different style, they're all the same, both the white and the grey. I think the other bras I like are from Warner's. I only have one of those ones now, since the others wore thin. Now I have eight Anita bras. A total of nine bras seems like plenty for me. I wonder if Ruth's might have the pajamas I'm looking for. I've been looking for a 2X size of Jaclyn's Intimates Super soft stretchy spandex long sleeve pajamas. Preferably in blue.

Multiple attempts to reach them with an insurance question for specialty bras. It's fine if they didn't have an answer, but responses at all are a courtesy. Messages left and never responded to. Finally went in to explore and was thrilled at what looked like such a great diversity of product.A woman with bleach blonde shoulder length hair approached me and quite aggressively asked if I needed help. Not in that kind sort of way, but as if I were somehow doing something wrong. I let her know I'd tried calling several times and not heard back. Instead of any normal apology or acknowledgment she barked "What do you want?". It was really rude and embarrassing. I told her I did have a question regarding insurance and product, which is why I'd tried reaching them. My doctors nurse had referred me. I lowered my voice hoping she would match or mirror mine. I'm generally private. Again she raised her voice and asked what insurance I have. The whole store of folks shopping turned around. I just wanted to relay my personal info and conundrum without the whole store knowing it. I was uncomfortable. I went as far as to say " don't understand the challenges in this interaction we're having or why this abrasiveness." I would have been a patron possibly with or without insurance covering product but this interaction is more than I would seek out again. I said it seemed pretty normal customer service to at least have the fact I'd tried to reach them multiple times acknowledged. She just looked at me like I was a big bug like to squash.I asked if there was a manager and she just said "she's not here" and gave me nothing solid to reach her...So, I'll be sure to let my primary care know just how blah bad my experience was with where they'd referred me. Because nobody seeking information for health reasons should be having that kind of rudeness adding to their stress.Ruth's, you totally receive a D minus from me. Ive worked customer service and retail and this just isn't how to treat a potential new customer and patron.I'm updating this to say I did in fact attempt to go in again and it was the same terrible service without my saying a word.

Knowledgeable staff and very helpful. They offer tailoring for a small fee. I have been able to get better fitting, more comfortable undergarments from Ruth's for many years.
