The people were very professional and friendly. The service they provided was great! 4 stars only because I didn't get any text updates on when I could expect my vehicle to be ready. My windshield had seen better days and needed to be replaced. I was able to go online, put my info in and set up an appointment in just minutes. After dropping my truck off, I was informed the part arrived damaged but they were on top of it and set up a new appointment for the following day. They did an amazing job, both with communication and the service itself. Would recommend these guys to anyone in the Eugene area !

Adam did a great job with my windshield replacement and recalibration. He came out to my work and got the job done efficiently and fast. The windshield looks great and there was no mess afterwards. (I read some reviews of left over residue and glass shards, so I was a little nervous as this is my first windshield replacement.) No residue and no glass shards were left. I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass and Adam.

The staff here were amazing. They took me through the process, and prepared me for the worst. Happily, everything went smoothly but if it hadn't, the way they *prepped* me for the worst and were so patient and kind with hypothetical next steps . . . It calmed my newfound fears and allowed me to understand the situation.
The service itself was completed with rapidity and care and it's amazing looking through my new windshield. They even wiped own my dash (sorry, I probably should have done that beforehand!) and otherwise left no trace of the work that had been done.
All sealed and good to go.
Efficient, kind, and quality work from these folks.

So it took them 3 times to fix what was. needed. They kept getting the wrong windshield but 3 time as the charm. They kept in good communication and made it right. They did excellent work.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Andrew is a rockstar- so friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and quick! Hopefully I don’t need to keep getting my windshield repaired, but if I do, I know I’m definitely not going anywhere else.
