I had to wait 20 minutes well they looked for the prescription of the person in front of me. When I went to get my prescription they said that they had not filled it because insurance did not cover it until the following day. Then when they went to hand me my prescription they said that they had not checked it in and I had to wait for the pharmacist to get back.DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT

I had to wait 20 minutes well the pharmacy stopped to look for a loss prescription of the person in front of me. They had there not filled my prescription because the insurance did not cover it until the following day. And then had to wait for the pharmacist to get back because they had not checked in the prescription. Then they were acting like I needed a consultation for some thing that I did not need a consultation for. Do not go here. They are incompetent

To start if I could give negative stars I would. Every time me and my wife try to get our prescriptions we are told they don't have our insurance. When we have now had to call multiple times to fix this issue and we are always assured it's fixed. But then when we get there and wait in the overly long line for having multiple people working there that oh we don't have your insurance in the rudest way possible. Today we went to get our sons antibiotics and my inhaler and what do you know, ohhh we don't have your insurance and the lady helping us, i think her name is lillyanna was really rude and fighting us with anything we said and just going yup yup yupp when ever we would ask a question. Or when we told her this is the same issue we run into everytime and that we have called and had it fixed just 3 weeks ago. She just acted like we were a problem and was not trying to help us in anyway. She wasjust really mean and rude to us. Pretty much just trying to argue with us the whole time. When literally 3 weeks ago we had to call and have it fixed again. Like I really need my inhaler but now wasn't able to get it and our son now has to wait to start his antibiotics for an infection he has. All because the pharmacy keeps messing up our insurance and stating that it's our issue. When again we have had to fix it every time we go in. Again though I don't know why that lady is working in customer service, I have been a customer service manager and we would be fired if we acted the way she did. I will be putting in complaints every day until something is done about lillyanna and her salty attitude.

A pharmacy tech named liliana treated my family so poorly today. She argued with me, humiliated me and my family because our insurance wasn't going through. She argued with us amd acted defensive. She offered absoloutly no resolution. This is breathing medication for my husband and antibiotics for my son. The total was over 100.00This happens every single time we get our meds here. She was so unkind to the older gentlemen that was before us in line. He simply asked for his paper work and she responded with "too late I already recycled it" I don't understand how she got this job or why she wants to work there when she dislikes up customers and clearly dislikes her job.

Worst pharmacy ever! It is literally impossible to get prescriptions filled by them. Every time I come in to grab a prescription they are still working on it even if I get a text notification that it’s ready. The only way to get it filled is to remind them to do it while having to wait in the store. Totally exhausting process to do every month! The staff is nice but that’s the only thing going for it unfortunately.

The Pharmacy staff is absolutely amazing. Pharmacy Tech, Jeremy goes above and beyond to help resolve any issues you may have, whether it’s finding a med, dealing with insurance, etc. Ben the head Pharmacist, is so sweet, personable, and very empathetic. Unfortunately, their other pharmacist Jill, is rude, judgmental, so hard to work with, and never smiles. As frustrated as I am with her lack of customer service and pure lack of compassion it will not keep me from coming to this particular pharmacy. All of the positivity at Coburg road pharmacy outweighs the 1 negative aspect. I will just try at all cost to avoid being there on days she works. Which is sad to say. As for the ENTIRE rest of the staff, thank you for all you do and your generosity.

I have had the absolute hardest time getting my prescriptions filled on time from this pharmacy. My partner fills prescriptions here and has the same exact issues. I have actually traveled to other towns in Oregon and had my prescriptions filled at other Safeway pharmacies and I have had no issues with them. There is only one tech here that is kind, the others are rude and demeaning, especially the blonde girl who acts like you're committing a crime by picking up prescriptions (not controlled, not narcotics) prescribed by a physician. They have had troubles with my insurance and when I called them they didn't even let me get a sentence out before interrupting me and condescending me as if I am an insurance agent who knows every detail of how insurance works (doctors and pharmacies give you no info on this. How would I know the intricacies? Isn't it your job to help?)Anyways will definitely be transferring to a different pharmacy and so will my partner. This is actually ridiculous and based on the other reviews it seems like I'm not the only one.

Awful pharmacy, rude and disrespectful attitudes from the staff. Pharmacist’s act like they are more important than the doctors prescribing medicines. They give you inaccurate information and then belittle you when you rely on it.

Sometimes the lines can be a bit long, but I appreciate that it is close by but I need a last minute item. Prices are not always the most competitive.

I appreciate that they are here to answer my questions as needled..they are all great pharmacists.they work hard to help everyone in a timely manner..not to mention they are on their feet all day long..i think pharmacists deserve recognition for there dedicated work!! ✌

This is literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever filled at. I’m officially changing it after giving them multiple chances. They never get my prescriptions right, they LOSE prescriptions, have difficulty in understanding anything you say. They all need to have someone hold their hand and guide them through every minuscule duty they have to perform. I’ve never had to engage with such incompetent people that somehow obtained licenses. Wow.
