I walked into this sephora in hopes to buy something and one woman was insanely rude. I didn't get her name but right off the bat when I asked for help she ignored me and then made me seem like a burden for asking her to help me. She was snobby and had a ridiculous attitude. I think some of the staff here really needs to be re trained on their customer services. As a mom it's super hurtful when the one time I go try to do something nice for myself the workers are rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't recommend this place. Order online or go down the road to the ulta because these sephora employees are ridiculously rude

I highly recommend this place. Great products of course & costumer service is amazing!! Diana was super sweet & helpful. Been twice in the past 2 weeks, needed some travel size stuff today, she made it all happen.

If you dress like a normal working class human you will be ignored. You will look around helplessly for someone to help you and when they do they will act like you should be thankful they gave you the time of day. Oh, and if they are out of something they will not be kind enough to inform you it can be obtained on their website. Do yourself a favor and just go to the website. It will be a more pleasant experience.

Nicer location. New items on display (but not always in stock), the store is clean and organized. Overall pleasant shopping experience. This store is tucked into a shopping center with plenty of parking (Near Nordstrom Rack).

The staff was friendly and helpful. She helped me pick out some good foundation and blush. The prices are spendy, but nice when it’s on sale. :)

I had Jacob help me. One thing that stood out about my experience is I asked for a really good eye cream to help with the bumps under my eyes, esp seeing they didn’t have them. They said there’s a really good caffeine one that they didn’t know if they still had (they were resetting the store) but they found it and I tried it on and decided to buy it. On the way home I felt under my eyes and no bumps. Plus I had some dark circles after work, (I think they noticed and wanted to help ❤️) and they were gone as well. What a fantastic, and great priced recommendation!! It’s the inkey list caffeine eye cream. Jacob is a star!

Whenever I visit Eugene, I always go to this Sephora. The staff here are always so nice and helpful, especially Kristi. I came in to get shade matched for a foundation and she was very thorough and helped me find my perfect shade with such patience and kindness. I always feel very cared for at this Sephora!

Jaymin was so helpful today when I went in for a color match. I ended up buying more products than I had planned because they were so friendly and approachable. I hope they are recognized for their amazing customer service!

Went into Sephora's in Kohls at Gateway Mall, Eugene Oregon. I was the only customer in the store. Two employees in attendance. Was not greeted, was not asked if they could help me. I stated what I was looking for. Was immediately told they didn't carry (Este Lauder Daywear mini). Suggested I check at Sephoras in Oakway store about 15 minutes away. I asked her if she could call other store and see if they had it. Her answer was "if I call, it will be the same as if you call yourself"! Wow..what has happened to customer service??? She did end up calling for me, but obviously wasn't happy about it.
Ultra shares the same parking lot as this Sephoras. Will definitely go to Ultra in future.

They don’t price match to Amazon. That’s crazy since the prices are double in their store compared to what is on Amazon.
If you want to compete with a giant like Amazon a business like Sephora has to do what it takes to compete. Double the prices is outrageous.

Came in to claim a birthday reward and restock on some items...however chose to shop online for my restocks instead because of how poorly i was treated at this location. everyone has a very snobby stuck up rude attitude. i have lots of friends that purchase from sephora on a regular and they are even considering shopping elsewhere. Clearly good customer service doesnt exist anymore. disappointing. ?

Had a wonderful facial done by Kailey! I totally recommend trying the perk facial, it was a lovely experience paired with great conversations! Kailey was so kind and educated on the products, very helpful! This was my first ever facial and it was a great introduction!
