Browsing in this store was an experience. The workers there were so kind and inviting! They didn't judge or laugh at you if you're like me and are on a down day in your down day clothes... I grab makeup when I want to lift my moods. They're much different than the workers at ULTA, and aren't as creepy/judgmental. The worker there had started a conversation with me, and we both talked about a product I was looking at. She had suggested another since they didn't have the stock just yet, and wanted to see if I wanted to try it. I looked, and she even offered to order the product if I needed it sooner. I declined, and appreciated her for asking me. I had gotten a few other things, checked out, and had a big smile when I had gotten to my car. Loved my experience here! Would highly recommend over ULTA any day! Even on your down days, and you want to wear your bad day clothes (sweats and a baggy Tee)! Thank you Sephora team for the wonderful experience!

Super friendly staff, definitely on the pricier side. I go here for the exclusive only at sephora brands like Paula's choice, but otherwise I tend to shop at other places. Their rewards are great, however, so it's not bad to drop a few bucks a month and get a deal or two out of it. One of the better makeup/skincare places here in Eugene.

I’ve been to Sephora dozens of time and never get compelled to leave a review. I was in yesterday (9/24) looking for a tinted sunscreen. Kayla offered to assist me and she made me feel SO heard and understood. I wanted to even my skin tone without makeup and she found the most amazing product for me to layer under my sunscreen! I left so happy. Thank you so much Kayla for listening and helping me!

Went in for a couple things, and up walks this LOVELY employee, Jaymin. I absolutely adored Jaymin. He helped me with everything I needed, he was polite, cheeky, and everything you could ask for. He made me samples of skincare, he got my mother samples. I literally cannot say anything but great things about Jaymin. If you ever see this Jaymin—just know that you turned my day around and I hope you have nothing but great days, I hope your makeup is always poppin’, you are a beautiful human. Keep it up.

I don't know what it is but the services really sucked here for me. No one greeted me or even tried to help me just a bunch of females standing around doing nothing acting as if they're too high class to help me. I stood in line for a very long time. The cashier and other employee saw this. That female cashier didn't care for how long I waited and never asked her other coworkers to chime in to help nor did they wanted to. She just tried to chat away with a customer trying to sell what she didn't even want to try to avoid helping us. The only person who finally came to help me checkout was a nice young gentlemen. THANK YOU to him. To them ignorant females please don't act like you're above anyone. It's just Sephora. Do your damn job. I should've taken pics of them standing around like a bunch of roaches chattering away. Most likely it's bc I'm not their skin color.I do not feel welcome here one bit and I will be telling everyone who stops by here what's up. Glad I won't be seeing them stank roaches anymore.....

Love Sephora but unfortunately the staff at this location haven’t been very helpful or friendly.Also wanted to add today was the third time I’ve placed an online pick up order and then it was canceled because out of stock. Would be helpful if they had better accuracy of inventory.

This was my first time visiting this Sephora, as I just moved here last wknd. And it will definitely be my last.It was actually so awful that not only am I writing this review but im hoping before I jump in the shower to wash my hair, that I love my new shampoo and conditioner, cause I'd hate to have to go back in and return the products and be treated as awful as I was earlier this evening.So I'm standing in line and waiting patiently as the only cashier chit chats with the girl in front of me. She eventually leaves and go up as I'm next in line. In fact it was just me in line for most of the time til another chick came up behind me. But instead of welcoming me the rude cashier, who's name I forget but definitely not her face, said you're not next but the other girl was. Awkward and uncomfortable at her rude response, cause I don't know why she'd think I wasn't next. I mean I know I'm petite but I had been standing next in line right at the register for a good 5 min. But anyways I tell her no, I'm next I've been here waiting and I've been standing here the whole time. I heard you speaking with the previous customer and have been waiting and the lady behind me only recently came up.At this point she should have just said oh ok, I was just double checking. But no she gives me a look like honest to God this ? Like she not only is calling me a liar but like what I'm saying is suspicious and she's not buying it. So now I'm not only embarrassed but im super annoyed like I'm not a line jumper. And its not like the lady behind me was protesting she was next. I get the cashier asking me once but to not believe the customer? Like that was awful rude customer service. And quite frankly I wish I had just turned around right there and gave me hard earned money to Ulta. So I'm forced to speak and tell yes I've been here standing the entire time patiently waiting and I am in fact next. That im not lying and trying to jump ahead. And even then she's not willing to ring me up. It's not til the lady behind me speaks up and says I'm correct that I was there first all along, does the cashier FINALLY ring me up. Like I still can't believe that happened. I've never had that happen to me ANYWHERE. And would never treat someone they way she treated me. I should not have been interrogated like a criminal. Whatever happened to the good old days of the customer is always right? Instead their given mean, nasty looks, and pretty much called liars. And for the record I've hard MANY jobs in customer service including cashier and NEVER once handled a situation like this lady did. And I've even worked at another Sephora for years. And if I did what this girl did, my boss would have fired me on the spot. And you know what? I would have deserved it. Hope this girl gets fired cause she's doing a disservice to Sephora's other future customers.And another thing I thought odd/rude. Lauren who was real sweet, nice, and helpful, made me some samples. She said I could have 4, so I did 2 hair products and 2 skincare products. When I got home and looked in the sample bag there was 2 skincare samples and 1 of the hair care samples. Like why say you would give me 4 samples, and only give me 3, when I gave you 4 products? Like thats just odd. I really found it rude cause she could have at least told me that she only made samples for 3. Or asked me which 3 I wanted the most. Cause the one haircare sample was of course the one I wanted to try the most.This store's a mess. I'm VIB Rouge and have over 20,000 points so I pretty much by what I sample. But if I do ever buy that hair product I wanted a sample of, it won't be from this Sephora. And probably not any Sephora. Sephora really needs to invest in hiring quality staff. I'd rather just buy online directly from these brands and wait rather than deal with their rude customer service.This is my honest and truthful account. Make of it what you will. Just hope it helps

A lot of what my wife and I were looking for was out of stock. At no point did anyone offer us any help. I think In the future I will order from the website. Often times online orders come with fun free gifts.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! I rarely wear makeup and needed a lot of help to find the right products. Everyone was so helpful and kind, I left with what I needed and a few very helpful tips! Thank You!

I went twice this past week and had the same guy check me out— his service was great. Not sure his name, but he should definitely be recognized for his customer service. Tall guy with longer(ish) blonde hair. Super professional and friendly :) TY ♡

Incredible store because they have everything in order. I liked it a lot BUT the last time I went I didn't feel good because I was asking this lady in the photo for a travel spray and it didn't help me much because she left me waiting and waiting and I feel like you don't deserve that kind of attention knowing that one invests in purchases either delivery or picking them up in the store and she knew she was wrong but she tells the truth she does not but it does make her uncomfortable.
