I had the worst experience with the gas attendant , Sophia, at the pump this evening. She was extremely rude and didn't know how to pump the gas. She was very rude!! I wound up leaving and not getting any gas. She should not be working with people or trying to pump gas ....horrible experience!! Won't go back because of this !!

Unbelievable rude male staff member working the pumps on a Sunday afternoon in October. Aggressive, strange. Had his nose hanging out of his mask. I often get gas here. Never again. I am not in the habit of leaving bad reviews, but this guy was scary.

Worst customer service, terrible selection of drinks and snacks and very discriminatory and unsafe work conditions. Staff refused to serve me or my special needs son because he can’t physically wear a face mask. He is four years old and not even required to wear one anyway. Every time I go in or drive by a majority of the employees are only wearing face shields which is not recommended by OSHA. So they are not willing to protect my special needs son but want to cause him to have an anxiety attack just so he can come in and get a Gatorade. After watching my son break down in tears over being discriminated against again. I will be making extra trips specifically to avoid this gas station. I’ll be sending out an email to all my employees to do the same

BEST! REMARKABLE SERVICE THE FINEST GAS FOR YOUR CAR! NOW WITH ME SAYING THAT I HAVE TO GIVE KUDOS TO JUSTIN I THINK HE WORKS THE MORNING SHIFT AND AFTERNOON. Now I have been to the store quite a few times so I have to stop a second and say if you need your gas and refreshments cigars smokes and just a different swing in your day or maybe you want to keep the upswing in your day swing by this shell because Justin goes out of his way just to do his job. And also they have maybe another young lady she usually there at evening and night crew with other members but I don't know her name but she has blond hair and maybe the smallest out the bunch but she's behind the counter and not trying to get it any one business but she's out there rain sleet and cold working hard. If you want an example of a fine establishment visit the shell on the corner!!?

Stopped by the station this morning around 6am. Waited for a few minutes for an attendant but they were all inside talking. Got back in my car and went across the street to Arco and was helped immediately. The gas was cheaper too!

Service was really slow but the attendant was friendly once he came over. Will come here again but don't come if you're in a hurry.

I have been to this gas station a few times now and every time I have encountered horrible customer service. The staff is very rude, when I asked the manager (John?) to speak to his employees about better customer service, he brushed me off and completely disregarded my comment.

The gas station was clearly open (1 in the afternoon) but no one came to help me after waiting at the pump for 5 minutes. When I went inside to ask for service the staff was very rude.

If you want $140 held on your card for 24 hrs for only $15 of gas, this is the place to go. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Ridiculous.

Even though the gas is the highest in the area, the staff is friendly and service is good. Been going to Shell on River Road for years, mainly due to the staff. Awesome customer service. Friendly, helpful staff who like to get customers in and out as quick as they can. Clean interior, clean bathrooms.
