Writing a review to give kudos to the gal who works at this location (I wish I got her name). I've been in 3 times to scope paint and materials for an interior painting project. I was helped by 2 different male employees who were apathetic and unhelpful. When I asked for advice on the amount of paint needed and recommendations on types of supplies, I received very little guidance or engagement. They also did not have enough of what was needed in-store, and the manager was extremely condescending when I asked for less paint than what was ordered. I've unfortunately ended up with an excess of paint due to the lack of assistance.
All that said - I asked the girl working for some assistance on what supplies to get to help with the paint job, and she went above and beyond to help me get set up. She even offered for me to call and ask for tips/assistance if I needed it. THAT is the kind of customer service that we should see across the board. Warm, friendly, helpful, and genuine.

$12 paint samples.👎 $72/gallon of mid-grade paint. Way overpriced. Better head for Jerry’s! Local, and they won’t fleece you. Great service here though.

I wanted a clear protective coating for an art project in one of my bedrooms…the store manager recommended Helmsman spar urethane… i really wish i would have done a little research instead of trusting these incompetent employees… its been three weeks and my whole house still reeks …. Do yourself a huge favor, dont waste your time and money at Sherwin-williams ….

Very helpful staff. I went in without doing much research (wouldn't recommend that part) but the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.They have respirators and masks if you need, easy paint remover and lots of tools you might need.

Terrible Customer ServicePlease Read cause This is what you get when you walk into this Willamette Store. No manager awesome when you walk in oh yes if he is there will just turn around and ignore you. Should I continue on Well They could not find my name even though I have already spent dollars in there store on paint. Needed another gallon they told me they were out of the paint in the store.& would have it delivered in 1 hour. Oh goober now it's discontinued. Thanks guys your the best, for making me take my business somewhere else

Look here guys spend your money here cause this is What you get when Zero Stars: you walk into this store: Overpriced paint, terrible customer service, no manager in store but if he is there will turn around & ignore you when you walk in & no paint just excuses. Ok will call you back in an hour when we get it from another store. No call back nothing. Needed more paint they now don't have anymore oh it's been discontinued. Thank you guys for making me take my business to somewhere else.

I work as an assistant apartment manager and we need paint a lot. Usually quickly too. The customer service is just so lackluster and it sucks because this store is so close to our business. The workers were just not very helpful either. Our company will have to take our business else where unfortunately.

This store has really poor customer service. As a business owner, who frequently needs paint, it's very disappointing. I've been told that they don't color match by an employee, which is nonsense, and have been passed over while waiting so that other customers could be helped. There are times when I've had good customer service, but it is rare. Most of the time the staff is very rude. Including- not greeting customers when they come in- a simple acknowledgement would be appreciated. And, being told that they are going to help other customers while you've been standing in line is so insulting. Unfortunately the store is in a convenient location, but I'm going to start taking my business elsewhere.
