Repairing laptops is not a skill set that I possess and it is difficult to trust anyone since there are so many hackers out there, however, I believe that Randy delivered exactly what he promised and more. Someone else could have charged for a virus scan but this honest guy told me there were no viruses but he could make my laptop perform better with an upgraded hard drive for $15 more. It works great, I have no doubts about what he did to my laptop and I believe that the price I paid is fair.

I had an unknown issue with my PC, I could not get it to start. They were able to figure out the issue and fixed it without trying to upsell me on anything like some other places do. He gave me some recommendations on what I could do to improve my PC performance but didnt push me into making a commitment. The hours posted are reliable and the only trouble I had was figuring out where to go when I arrived.

Randy has complete 4 or 5 repairs on my computers over the last couple years. He also installed Crucial drives in two of my computers and cloned them from my old hard drive so I did not have to reinstall all my programs. His work is fast and effective. The charges for the work are always reasonable. I highly recommend him.

What a nice man! I took my laptop in because the charger had suddenly stopped working. The employee (don't know his name) plugged in one of his charging adapters, and sure enough, my laptop began charging again. Thankfully all I have to do is buy a new charger, and the man suggested some places I try. I asked what I owed him for the service but he said nothing. If and when I need real repairs done to my computers, I know where I will be taking my business. Thank you, Simplified Computing!
