I started with Simply Strong when I began to notice a loss of muscle. Through just 15 to 20 minutes once a week I quickly began to rebuild strength. I have more energy now for the activities I enjoy - and still going strong at 77!

I have had really good results with just a couple of half hour sessions a week. I had been diagnosed with AFIB and have a bum shoulder, but the staff worked with me and I lost quite a bit of weight after a successful cardioversion.
