I've been going once a week for over a year, and the excellent trainers have helped me so much. Got my leg strength back and built upper body strength without injuring myself. Was even able to do well in an axe throwing competition - wouldn't have guessed I had that in me!

20 minutes 2x a week works for me and my schedule. I enjoy the feeling of my muscles become engaged (realizing that I am not strong..yet), seeing the weekly progress, and how I feel the muscles the next day yet not in a painful way. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Welcoming environment.
