This is unacceptable and leads me to question whether they only refund customers who notice the overcharge?
Be careful here and check your receipt and card charges.

I dislike that they put an exorbitant amount on card hold regardless of what was spent. I just hope that I get back the unused amount back. I only spent $10 on my debit here for gas. Will avoid this station next time.

I sat at a mini serve pump for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to come out and pump my gas. Finally a woman came out from the store and sat down on the cement planter area and proceeded to look at her phone so I assumed she was a customer. She continued to be absorbed with her phone the whole time I was there. After almost 20 minutes of nobody waiting on me with my handicap sign clearly visible if anybody had bothered to look over at the mini serve area, I drove over and asked her if she worked there and she said yes. I told her I had been waiting over 15 minutes at least for someone to pump my gas and she kind of flippantly asked which pump? I told her which one. Then without getting up, she just kind of mumbled and muttered around without offering to go pump my gas for me or anything. My best guess is that she was trying to think of a way to blame me. I realize that’s not the best job in the world but really if you’re gonna collect a paycheck you need to do some Flippin work. I will not be coming back to this gas station ever again. There are other cheap places in town, with GOOD service.

Ever since the ownership change, customer service has gone down the toilet.
I'm disabled and it literally hurts to get out of my car. I've gotten used to waiting 10-20 minutes every time to get my gas pumped but tonight I gave up after half an hour. Ridiculous.
Why would you buy a gas station in Oregon if you never intended for the people you employ to actually pump gas?

SpaceAge Gas Station consistently offers the lowest prices I've seen in Eugene. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, even coming out to help pump gas, which they do voluntarily. I appreciate this extra touch of service.
Whenever I stop by, I usually go into the store to pick up a drink or something small. The cashier is always very welcoming and provides excellent customer service. Overall, it's a great place to fill up, with great prices and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

I would give them less if O could pay attention to your receipt they charge more than what is put in if you to service. And yes I have my receipt but my bank account shows differently!!

I honestly think the prices are good, in fact it's the gas station I like to go to and I live in Harrisburg I don't complain about the cashier because she is super friendly she has a beautiful vibe I like her charisma based on BUT the customer service outside It's terrible, apparently there is racism shown to you or I don't know why because I just see American people arriving and they are quickly attended to but it's just that African American Mexicans arrive and they don't do anything I say it because I went with my husband to put gas in my car and this person in the photo was very rude she preferred to serve other Americans and ignore us and we were in mini serve that's why when I go to that gas station I prefer to serve myself so as not to be ignored and badly treated and not be begging to be served I will be more Brute, I let them do that to me because I already know how they treat you, but I think that if they want more clientele, they should call this person's attention and tell him that it really isn't like that.

I enjoyed it low prices and gas but there's a dude tearing off the credit card numbers on the receipt and handing you the rest of the receipt. So the price is fair but some of the employees might be deceitful
