The computer refused to take my rewards card, for points, and refused to take my fuel card for payment. Attendant said the company refuses to program the systems.

The old dude working is rude and lazy as hell ?. I could barely get him to respond and was so unwilling to help with anything

While I was getting gas, the attendant started cleaning my back window (I didn't ask him to). He snapped off the windshield wiper and didn't tell me about it. He hid the damage and I discovered it just a minute later when I opened my trunk and the entire wiper assembly fell off.
