Don't go to this store.... I was there on Sunday with my 2 young kids to drop off some phones off so that they can be sent back and the guy told me that I needed to go home print out the label and send it back in the box that I got my new phone in. Which not everybody owns a computer with a printer!!And plus it says online that you can either send it yourself or drop off at a t-moblie store.

Seth was awesome! He was so communicative and willing to do whatever it took to help us. He made us feel like a priority and spent a lot of time helping us get our new phones with the best deals. We appreciated how kind and attentive he was. Seth was very friendly and made us feel heard! Thank you!

My zflip quit working only after having it for 34 days so 4 days to long to qualify for the 30 trial no questions asked return policy ?but then James found my warranty and trouble shot his way thru every hold up and there was a few. Huge lesson learned to always purchase the insurance offered even if the phone is a promotional offer and in the end is no cost because it's still very expensive to fix if anything is broken or damaged my advice is to treat the phone as if it cost the original ticket price so full coverage next time for this gal and thank you James for treating me like a family member to T-Mobile and relieve a huge giant stress for me quickly and painless as possible look forward to coming back into the store next time huge change from last phone provider Exfinity never again!!!!!

Nickolas, Seth and the whole team at the Delta store were so helpful! We had a nightmare of an experience transferring from AT&T (4 hrs to be exact! Because AT&T is clueless!) and they were so professional, helpful and their customer service was top notch!! James even had the game on for my husband watch while we waiting on AT&T! Highly recommended the team here and T-Mobile as well the coverage outshines those so called “top name “ carriers!

An employee sold us an apple watch the end of November, we verified we wouldn't need an iPhone to activate it before purchasing. We set it aside till Christmas, we can't activate it without an iphone. The manager here won't do a return, it's passed their 14 day return date even though his employee basically lied to make a sale. Or maybe his employees just aren't knowledgeable about the devices they sell, so please DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH before making a purchase at this location. Pretty much being told I'm sol, stuck paying for a device we can't even activate. Agent on the phone (customer care) was nice enough to credit our account for the activation fee we paid, should've asked for the fee for protection of the useless device & the bill for December how you can charge anything for a device that hasn't even been activated. Starting to wonder if switching to Tmobile was the right decision, will check reviews on other locations hopefully I can find somewhere with more trustworthy people to assist me.

Shouts out to Isaac over here at T-mobile. He was able to get my number switched over to Tmo with a superbly friendly attitude and very quickly. It's great to have such a good experience for stopping in with no plans. Also the store was very well laid out and clean.

I absolutely felt at home talking too Ellie and Bobbo, these two me so happy after getting a new phone. I have looked around and pretty much every place I have gone too has made me feel so on edge like I don't have a life and they are just tryna get me out fast without caring about me. But Ellie and Bobbo listen to every question I had, ran me though everything and more. I beyond appreciated every second. Thanks again guys, meant a lot.
