One of the worst decision I've ever made. If you have a large vehicle to get things in and out of storage, this is not the place to go to. Also, expect your storage unit to get bombarded with dirt and debris from their 'blowing of leaves', all the time.

Ernest was so helpful in finding a perfect size storage unit for me and my partner! They have great rates and great customer service! He helped us with everything that we needed! Wonderful place to rent a storage unit!

Umm, well ppl are friendly, however thier online auctions are pre- pilfered. I've watched thier auctions well over a year and all the same in the ransackness. If your looking for your stuff back or unit to buy. Don't do it. If it looks like the stuff is just shoveled in from the back of a truck... plz be leary.

Well after 6 years I finally say my goodbyes to this place. Anytime a situation came up they were quick to contact me. They make paying super easy. You can either go in or do as I did and pay online. They offered a secure place for all my stuff. Thanks so much for being a part of my life journey. It's on to the next part.

If you're looking for self storage in the Eugene area, Stor n Lok is the best! We habe been with them for over 4 year now and We've experienced nothing but awesome customer service. The facility if clean and easy to navigate. Our unit was HUGE, well lit and clean when we got it. Office staff is super helpful with any and all concerns or issues. Highly recommend!

Mathew was a great help past few times we been to the river road storage unit. He's friendly and communication is excellent. Definitely recommend going to Eugene Store N Lock.

I recently rented a unit here and from the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with amazing smiles and very personable customer service. From start to finish, all my questions were answered before I had to ask. I am thankful I picked this location to store my belongings. It is secure and you can't go wrong with the management! They are amazing
