Jumped through some hoops for us which was much appreciated. The ice devastation was not anticipated so thankful they could fill our tanks during the 2 week outage.

Due to price gouging and unfair business practices, we have asked Suburban to remove their tank from our property. Don't do business with them! We will only be dealing with local propane companies in the future. Wish we had done more in-depth research before going with them.

My bill in the last 7 years has quadrupled. This year the yearly tank rental has gone up to 99.00$ I decided to skip this years fill as I was thinking it was time to put in a electric stove as that's the only reason I needed propane. Skipping is not an option with them. They charge you to skip a year. 119.79$ My tank is so big and old 1953. As every time I'm filled they can't help but said what a old tank and you've hardly used any propane. I wanted to use my propane that I already had paid for, for the next few years before I move on to electric. I asked then to remove my tank. The removal was 160.00$ 279.79 dollars just to be done with them. I received a invoice with nothing on it other then 950.00 worth of propane was in my tank. Also received a check for 527.35. The 279.79 was subtracted from the 950.00 which should = 679.21. My check was for 527.35 and 142.86 dollar difference. I called and talked with a secretary and she reply hmmm I don't know. Maybe it was because the tank had so much propane in it they had to transfer into a second tank and then asked if I would like to talk with the manager when he comes in? I said I just want the difference as there is nothing on the invoice that says any of that. The secretary and another lady started to giggle. Have not seen the difference. So my point is this company has many loopholes and not at all honest !

Suburban propane came out and checked our new tank for leaks, then brought propane within a week. Other companies never showed up, even when they said they would.

Great service. I called July 3rd mid-day, after noticing our tank's gage reading zero! At4:55 your driver showed up and filled us us...250 gallons.

Yesterday (4/04/23) a nice man repaired the regulator on our propane tank then tinkered with our gas fireplace and actually got it running! We bought this home in Florence OR three years ago and the fireplace has NEVER worked! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Very positive experience. Office staff and delivery drivers have been very nice and helpful. They are the only company in the area that will deliver to permanent set RV`s and I appreciate this so much.

Gary our field service technician was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Went out of his way make sure regulator and cook top stove gas orifices we're adjusted perfectly.

We recently switched to Suburban for our propane after 10 years with another company. The cost per gal was 1/2 of what we had been paying, we easily were connected with a live service agent who was able to set up service in a very timely manner. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Wish we had made the switch years ago!
