They need more employees during the lunch hour. I eventually walked out after waiting a very long time because they had only one very slow person making sandwiches. I wasnt the only person to give up and walk out after easily 20 minutes (and i was only 3rd in line!) Other Subways have much better service.

Employees were completely void of any personality. They continued to do food prep while I stood there for at least 5 minutes. Asked for napkins and she refuse to hand them to me but instead set them on the dirty counter in front of the Register (which was nonsensical) where a huge line was forcing me to cut in front of people awkwardly. What the heck is going on at this location?? Non existent customer service..

I used to work there and their sanitation and cleanliness practices are basically non-existent. Do not eat here. The owner is also one of the dumbest people I've ever met in my life. Big Jason Aldean fan, if that says anything. His social media profile pic is of him driving in his car, looking straight ahead with no expression, while wearing gas station sunglasses, if that says anything.

Moses jacksson this guy went beyond customer service. Earlier I went to get my Starbucks then I fell on my bicycle, so when I came to Subway he brought me water with napkins it made really wanna appreciate this guy even a tip wasn’t enough thank you, Moses.

Pretty good spicy italian, I get mine with spinach instead of lettuce then onions jalapenos pickles oil vinegar and salt and pepper toasted please, came in 15 minutes before close, ingredients were fresh lettuce looked iffy but that's why I get spinach now

Friend went at 9 tonight after work. He asked for a footlong meatball sub. Woman informed him they were out of footlong white bread. Then informed him there wasn’t even enough meatballs for a 6 inch. Said it would be a 25 min wait. So he asked for a chicken Caesar wrap. She said ok and let him get to the dressing part of the process to inform him there was no Caesar dressing. ??♀️ She also barely putt any veggies in it when asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes and barely any ranch he had to settle for. Been coming here for years but this is the last straw. Google says you close at 11 and you’re out of basic stuff like bread and dressing two hours before closing? Get it together!

My nephew and I ate at this subway on Franklin Blvd in Eugene for the first time and we loved Anicah! She kept the place clean, running smoothly, and all of the toppings were so fresh and yummy! We especially loved her freshly baked bread, it was so soft! That was the best subway we ever had. Thank you Anicah! ❤️

Cool slightly lowered store great parking which is not normal for a subway In the city. Larger room well laid out. Good service good food I wish subway would have a white onion vegetable option. Was only one work at a rush hour was strange I have worked at a subway and so has my sister they are very miss managed this one seemed fine. Biggest down side to working there the gloves never fit at that store slowing down every workers speeds and the boss are always like you will get used to it. Well you never do not at a comparable good speed relative to other stores gloves I have used they was basically box gloves. This is super wordy because google thinks the more words the better the review ?

My sandwich order was made by Noah. Sandwiches were spot on ; the protein bowl was so good and exactly what I needed. Great experience with Subway .
