Great job guys. I really appreciated working with Ben and Micah on my new/used Ford Explorer. They made the process of buying a car smooth and easy, and as promised when we got a better financing offer they jumped right on it and called me to come resign papers. They kept my price range in mind, and worked diligently to stay within my budget. Hopefully i dont need another rig for a while, but i know where to go when i do.

Would be 5 stars but the car has a couple minor issues that I was not told about aside from the engine code wich they let me scan myself wich was nothing major. all fixable in total for under 200$ so no biggie but still would have been nice to know. I will not blame the salesman thoe my boy Chris seemed like a pretty honest guy. Chris is also great with helping you out if you got low or in my case no credit history. Chris also made my first time at the dealership very easy and it ended up being way less of a headache then I originally thought thanks to Chris👍

Do not and I mean do not go here. Me and my wife both got a car from here. Her first week in it, it was constantly overheating. Came to find out it had no coolant in it and a blown head gasket. Upon them fixing it they screwed it up more and tried to say they “couldn’t fix it” after about 5 weeks of them having her car it was finally fixed. Nothing was wrong with mine thankfully however I’m driving a car with no temp tag and everything on it is expired apart from insurance. It took them a month to submit paper work to the DMV on it and who knows how much longer I’m gonna have to wait for tags and registration.

Dealer ship is working on providing comfort and appeal for customers, has a welcome feeling for adults and kids. Manager was 45 minutes late, but definitely made it up to us for our time and concerns. If your having issues or anything and need to get a hold of someone at the dealer ship, just be Patient! They will get back to you, remember they are only human too! Over all they have done a great job changing my opinion of them and their business!

BEWARE!! I bought a car from them, and the engine siezed and died soon after. Apparently it overheated and the owners wouldn't do a thing about it. I was stuck with a dead engine. Never give your business to these guys.

EDITED: They have great customer service. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. They are very flexible and we never felt pressured.
The check engine light was on so the dealership signed a contract to fix it. We went back and forth for several months of them trying to fix it and it never happened. At one point they kept the car for several months. When we got the car back our sun roof was broken and the battery was dead. We had to tow it home. When we got our car back the check engine light was still never fixed.
