Honestly, Sutton RV is simply the BEST. We bought a brand new RV, which I will not name, from a different dealership. We have had some pretty substantial issues that I would only trust Sutton RV to fix. Kurt is absolutely incredible and has been able to work miracles to get our RV working. Jordan and Don are extremely responsive and have done everything they can to provide exceptional service to us during some stressful times. We drive 3 hours each way to visit this dealership because they are the only ones we trust to do the job right.

I am writing to strongly endorse "Sutton RV." Our purchase of this luxurious 5th wheel, the new "2023 Riverstone Legacy 39RKFB," was met with apprehension given the substantial investment in a depreciating asset; however, we are elated that we made this purchase.Sutton RV has surpassed the constraints imposed by the manufacturer's warranty process and fulfilled all of their obligations to us over the past year. With our warranty nearing expiration, I am confident that Sutton RV will continue to offer us exceptional support. I just had the most amazing awesome experience today!!! ""JD FAY"" just helped me buy my new home!! What a great efficient guy...he did everything right!!Bought my home within less than a hour! Absolutely no run around from manager. They just made my dreams come true today!!!What a great RV dealership. It has to be a must on every one's list!! A 20 Star Dealership!!

Can't say enough good things about Sutton. We were on the road in the middle of a long trip when a water leak developed in our Airstream's water heater. After explaining it to them they fit us in to their already booked service schedule on the day we were due to pass through Eugene and had us on the road in about 3 hours with a new water heater. They left the trailer interior as clean as they found it with the owner manual for the new water heater on he table.

Headed to Alaska in my Travato and all of a sudden my propane stops working. I called SUTTON to beg for help, lovely Pam on the phone said come on over, maybe Don can take a look at it. He’s super busy and running the whole show so don’t get your hopes up too high. Five minutes later Don is crawling around under my rig with mad knowledge clearly oozing out of him. Multiple diagnostics and about an hour later, I have propane! Thank you thank you thank you Don! Alaska here I come! I will make a cuppa coffee for anyone and everyone on my cooktop!?

Major body damage inflicted by a tree. A quick repair/replacement of a back panel that they had in stock and I was on my way while they ordered the remaining panels.They did an outstanding job on the newly arrived panels and even cleaned the inside after the job was done - and a day earlier than estimated!Highly recommend this dealer for any repairs.

RV service is not my favorite thing in the world, but an unavoidable part of actually using an RV. I’d had most of my service done where I bought my rig and always left with the feeling that I’d paid a lot for not all that much, so when that outfit changed hands I went looking for a better experienceSutton RV service provided that. After a month long trip with a couple of major issues, a medium issue and an annoying minor issue, I brought the rig in, was given options on the approach to the problems, and had reasonable answers to my concers. I always felt listened to and never felt oversold or that anything unnecessary was on the table.Thanks Sutton, you’ve more than esrned my business.

We had a major issue with our slide out and the factory was out of inventory with a 5 week lead time. Once the parts were in Sutton's team got right on it and made us feel valued.Jordan communicated to us through the process and additionally advised us on senders matters that were not made clear by the dealership that sold us the unit.

They have excellent customer service. I would have bought a trailer from Sutton RV if they weren't so set on over charging. I literally found the same trailer I wanted but with more features elsewhere for cheaper.

I generally only leave reviews when I get either really bad service or really good service. In this case, Sutton RV Service Department deserves to be acknowledged for excellent repair work and customer service skills.My wife and I traveled across the U.S. in our Airstream for the past year and a half. During that time we had to stop at several Airstream dealers for repairs. Generally, almost anywhere had a month to six month waiting period to get in. Some would not take appointments. Further, reviews of some of the dealers left us looking for repairs elsewhere. Not the case with Sutton RV in Eugene! I contacted Sutton RV via phone and was given an appointment within a few weeks. Upon arrival, I was met by Jordan who did a walkthrough to document what repairs were needed.I had a laundry list of repairs to be made including:1. Wall separation at bathroom2. Front storage compartment frame was loose3. Entry door hinge needed repair4. Water pump cycling5. Bolt coming up through bathroom floor under the vinyl6. City water back flowed and filled fresh tankWhile the repairs were being made I contacted Sutton numerous times and spoke to Jordan. I was very concerned because several of the issues had been recurring problems. Jordan was very patient and listened to the issues and told me how the issues could be addressed. Jordan’s customer service skills were awesome and it left me feeling confident that the Airstream was in good hands. With regard to phone calls I also dealt with Kelly (Service Manager) who was also excellent at customer service and Don too!Kudos to Kurt and Bill for their excellent repair work on the Airstream!So, in summary I would like to say that Sutton RV in Eugene, Oregon is THE place to go if you want great customer service and for your RV to be repaired quickly and correctly!
