I wish there were more stars than 5 because Eugene Car Care deserves a 10. I was referred by a co-worker who spoke very highly of Ed, the owner, and their motto: Service Is Why We're Here. From his desk to the front office staff and the auto technicians, it was clear that their motto isn't just a slogan, it's the measure of success. What a great discovery for our auto service needs. Everyone I spoke to at Eugene Car Care was kind, patient, and informative. My car is running better than it has in years after bringing it in to them.
I used to take my 2010 Subaru Forrester to a popular shop over on W. 1st, but I got tired of the attitude of the people who worked there, the chaotic office environment, and always having to bring my car back shortly after it had been worked on.
My experience with Eugene Car Care was far more superior to the previous shop I used to go to. If you are looking for a new auto repair shop, I would suggest giving Eugene Car Care a try.
I will definitely be a returning customer.

Love these guys! I'm so glad I found them years ago for my Toyota! I bought my honda pilot here and they have worked on it from the previous owners and now that I own it! They are always honest with me and my car is running like new again! I would never take my car anywhere else!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I had a concern about a noise I was hearing in my car. It turned out it was a very minor issue they were able to address. They were very honest and didn’t over charge me for the diagnosis. This will be the first place I take my car in the future.

Great service！ This is my second time back to Eugene car care，reasonable price，fast service， they also help me remove a long nail on the back of the car which bothers me 2 years without any charge. I will try the oil change service as well.

They did a great job completing all the repairs I asked for. Very quick, even when working with a more difficult car with some midwest corrosion. Kept me updated through the whole repair process. Great shop for Subaru repairs!
