This store is amazing and so badly needed in this City, this dispensary shines out of all the other forgettable dispos with bad customer service.
I had an order wrong and the Store GM made me feel so heard and I came away from the experience very impressed.
All Other dispensaries in Eugene need to take a page from Sweet Tree farms.

this place has drawn a cartoon bunny rabbit that is high holding a joint on their window.
They don't care that cartoon bunny rabbits attract children , nor that they are advertising to children to get high.
they don't care that addiction is a huge problem where we live.
they don't care that it's illegal to advertise to children for alcohol or cigarettes & certainly for pot.
don't support this business because they are irresponsible and do not care

Mr. I sold weed in Texas loves the sound of his own voice. He has some knowledge but just missing the point he has all the lingo to sell in the industry though. Tried to agrue and made my point without even realizing it. Isolating the plant doesnt make it stronger. Its a complex plant w/o the properties your body needs to transfer the medicine. Its worthless dust. Takes more than big words but hey he felt really important. Both times to this location this guy acted like such a tool. Will not return.

I'm extremely disappointed by this store and feel sick to my stomach.
For about 6 months now I have been buying the Wyld 1:1:1 Boysenberry sleep gummies under the guidance of your staff that they were vegan. Today I found out they are NOT VEGAN! Either I've been purposely lied to or the staff at Sweet Tree Farms needs to be trained on what a vegan product means! It means that a product DOES NOT CONTAIN chopped up, boiled down animal body part scraps, aka gelatin! The public depends on the expertise and knowledge of staff about the cannabis products you sell.
Fail. I won't be back.
