They provide false information. They had a "free apple watch" special going on around Christmas, I was told my bill would go up 15 dollars every month and I wouldn't have to pay for the device. My bill is now up from 113 to 148 every month because they don't tell you about hidden fees, taxes, etc. The lack of transparency is why I will not be returning to this store. I've been a customer for 10+ years and I'm ready to not give T Mobile my money anymore. 0 stars if I could.

This store has really gone down hill it used to be such a great store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The old manager Chris was great very knowledgeable and honest. This new crew doesn't seem to know anything and tried to scam me on several occasions with phone insurance and accessories claiming they were free when they were not.

Lalo was super helpful. He hooked me back onto data service and, after a few connectivity challenges due to the recent extreme weather in Eugene, was able to confirm I will have phone, text, and data service during my upcoming trip to Romania and Bulgaria.You guys are the best.

I've always had a good experience at this location - Brittany in particular has been consistently helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and thorough in her service. I never leave feeling more stressed and usually have the answers or solutions I need thanks to her assistance. The personalized care and support I've received here is one of the reasons I stuck with T-Mobile for so long, despite other carriers being more affordable for my budget.

Great customer service enough employees a lot of good plans for business, personal or family plans. affordable! The store Super clean the staff knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of parking. My experience was excellent.

Chamelka was brilliant.Had a wild time, taking several hours, trying to port my numbers over as a new customer online. Eventually they told me I'd have to go to a live location to solve the problem.I get here and Chamelka solves all my issues within minutes. Calm and intelligent guy who got it all figured out.So grateful for his help today. Thank you Chamelka.

Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was helped by a woman named Simone and the whole process of getting a new SIM card was frictionless. I definitely recommend this store.

Horrible customer service! The "sales" reps at this location need to be re-trained. Extremely dissatisfied long-term customer. Don't expect to receive quality assistance at this location! Thumbs down. Zero stars. A useless visit. I ordered my upgrade online.

Chamelka and Malachi are the BEST Tmo associates I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The minute you walk through the front doors they treat you like friends instead of dollar signs. The both of them take the time to chat and get to know what your needs are instead of throwing out numbers and deals to try and swoop you in. The gal who seems to be the manager, I can’t speak so fondly of her but Chamelka and Malachi fully make up for that. If you are thinking about visiting another location don’t. Come out to 29th and Willamette at Woodfield Station to meet these guys and say what’s up. Definitely worth your time!

We came here from AT&T and couldn’t be more dissatisfied with how we were treated at this store. NONE of the promises we were made- low cost per monthly bill, low cost of phone trade ins, pay off of Att phones, cable bundle service - none of it has been accurate or true. Our bill is greater than before, the phone discounts and trade in were not as represented and the 5g service for cable was not available as promIsed. We have had to return over and over with complaints trying to get the plan promised. The reality is they outright lied like used car salesmen and 3 months later when the real bill hit nothing was accurate. New Phones amounts owed are >$800 not $200 as promised with trade in credits, trade in credits took 2 months not 2 weeks to arrive, bill is over $300 a month not the $180 estimated at time of contract switch. Bogus bait and switch tactics which should be illegal. Buyer bewarev!!

Was signed up for a Business plan (as an individual) without my knowledge, spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to get it sorted. I don't understand how you register an individual for a business plan and not tell them about it, and then later play it off as intentional. Seems deceptive.

A month or so ago I went in to get a new phone and Chuy was more than willing to assist. I ended up with a brand new case and good deal on my new iPhone. best phone purchase experience ever.
